oh my goodness, that gargoyle! <3 Also, I don’t know the exact color, but the light, steely blue at the top edges on the ocean flame is a beautiful color on its own – maybe try it as a main?
I’m so happy, 83A is mineeee
More silver bengal cats!
Since the Kickstarter is waaaaaaaaaaaay over goal, what does that mean for production?
It means Melody is going to be painting Bantams for the rest of the year 😝.
lol, that too. But if the point of getting the funds was to launch a new line I thought that meant 1. we buy special thing 2. after that the funds go to making bantam a “regular” mold. So if the goal for that was $5k then….all the extra will (one day, when Melody and Co. are recovered) be used to….launch more shinies?

I’m a bit late to this party, but I loooove how the sandstorm dragons had very natural spotty eggs, and that latest solar flare one had a gold egg!
Actually, the light blue ones reminded me of the “Glacier” curled dragon. I liked that color also, but for the Kickstarter price I wanted one with more detail work. Maybe Gina could do some test paints and try it out for a production color?
glacier would be a good name for some of those lighter blues with bits of white and silver! I also liked 138 where it ombre’d through a slight blue gradient, except the face.
I was holding out for gold and asked for 83 (looked at 155 but it just didn’t hit me in the feels the same way – red eyes maybe?). Melody did contact and let me know it was taken. Fingers crossed for similar in the new batch!
That said, The light blue dragons look like a color that hasn’t been used before? Maybe a preview of things to come? I do like it, just not what I’m jonesing for in a OOAK right now.
So excited – everything went even faster than I imagined. I look forward to the next bunch of dragons Ms. Melody paints for us 🙂
I am 110% down for trainwreck, dumpster fire, perhaps…uh, trash panda?
