I know how you feel..since the clone page was added to, I fell HARD for other colors. Some of them I completely overlooked the first time around.
I’m sure your missing clones will flock in eventually.

Melody actually just got back to me. Seems the 23s went back to the painting booth. No more 27s though. She’s gonna have to paint more of those I guess.
I’m still curious of the “leftovers” if they can be added to the backerkit survey or if they will just be released as a leftover grab bag in traditional style in the store after this is all over.
Seems like a good opportunity to allow folks who were affected by the pandemic and couldn’t pledge very much get a second crack at it, or like in my case if the clones didn’t work out as planned you could reselect from the remnants.
Drag0n, Susie informed me yesterday that IF there are any leftovers after everyones dragons have shipped, they will be offered up to backers to purchase. They are not sure of the process for selection/pruchase, but they have lots of time to figure that out. None of this is going to happen until all their KS orders have been shipped.

Does anyone know if there was mention of completing the dragon line in Stone? I would really like to see the Mother dragon and Fledgling in this color too! I bet the Spectral would wear it well.

Drag0n, I contacted Susie yesterday about what was going to happen to any leftover dragons, and she said they didnt know if there would be any leftovers, but would make plans for them once they knew, and that it would be a while yet.

What a great color, Courtney! I am on the waitlist for a Male dragon :). The MCD looks great in Stone as well. Her wings in particular really grabbed my eye.

For toys and other collectibles, I shop at Mindzai, Strange cat toys, and My Plastic Heart. With the exception of Strangecattoys, you can get free shipping on orders over a certain amount. I usd to shop at Loot crate and Kidrobot, but they’re not ideal for Canadian consumers, but you wont see extra fees being in the US. Deep Discount has an incredible amount of inventory and great prices. PIAB has reasonable shipping fees, but orders take a long time to ship.

About the color making the dragon… we talked about that!! “Do you like it for the color or the sculpt?” It was a toss up 🙂 But color is how I ended up with scupts that I wouldn’t normally collect. I have to agree with you on that point!
The coiled mum is adorable. I prefer the eggs to the globes myself.
The Male dragon is my favorite sculpt, but recently acquired an Old Warrior and my first Emperor. The Emperor really has a presence!! There is something To be said about the bigger dragons, but at the end of the day, we still love love the little ones just as much!!
