^^^^^ Be still my heart. 😉
^^^ Please post a pic of the whole family. Gotta be gorgeous.
That was one of those books that I read over and over when I was little and I remember going to see the movie. I bought the book for my oldest when she was in third (?) grade and she loved it too. And yes, loved the momma on eBay and would like to see more. (hint, hint) 😉
Every time I go through this thread, I think of a book I read growing up, “Brighty of the Grand Canyon.” Loved that book.
Ms. Melody – I saw your post in the rainbow sparkle thread. So the grab bag Cougars are a definite?!? That is awesome! Can’t wait.
^^^^^. Ha, I had to do some rearranging just last night.
Welcome, Dragonpuff. As you have probably already discovered, this forum seriously needs to come with a warning label: “Caution: Windstones are addictive and may prove hazardous to your budget, enter at your own risk.” 😉
Agreed, I am hoping there will be a young uni and baby uni to match.
Is there still a possibility of a GB safari cougar batch? squeak, squeakity, squeak, squeakins
Dragonflight, Dragonquest, The White Dragon and the Harper Hall series down. On to Moreta and Nerilka’s story.
And I am absolutely in agreement with CheMniCorn, I would want to be part of the Harper Hall and have a little fire lizard -brown or blue.
I started to make a comment something along the lines of – What is the deal with the weird names for groupings of birds? – and realized I had better check to confirm that it is limited to birds. Lo and behold, the following are other bizarre names for animal (and even insect) groupings – who knew? ( I threw in the peacocks, because I thought it was perfect.)
A shrewdness of apes
A sloth of bears
A clowder, or a pounce of cats
A gang of elk
A business of ferrets or flies
A tower of giraffes
A bloat of hippos
A leap o’ leopards
A prickle of porcupines
A streak of tigers
A deceit of lapwings
An ostentation of peacocks
An army of frogs or caterpillars
An intrusion of cockroaches
A smack of jellyfish
A cete of badgers
A romp of otters
A wisp of snipe^^^^^Ditto! 😀
Just wanted to echo the sentiment that whatever is easiest for you is what I think we all want. You are the one willing to go to the trouble so it is YOUR call on when and IF you have time to run a quest and if you need to spread it out longer than the norm.
