W00H00!!!! Green! I loved that color!!! Well, green is my favorite color…maybe that is why I have so many emerald and green ones? 😳

I am so happy to hear your kitty is doing better!!! 😆 I am also a cat lover, I have 3. My old man, as we call him around here is 14, has been through partial kidney failure when he was 5, and is still alive and kicking the “kittens” butts around once in a while. The kittens are actually 3 but been with me since birth. My first PYO griffin is painted in their style (black and white, like those cows…aaah I forget the name. Holestiens maybe? 😛 ).

I got home from work one day, looked at the box that my Guardian Dragon came in (mind you, he WAS mint when he left the seller’s hands) and thought…Oh S**T!! Yep, another box from the wonderful 🙄 USPS that looked like it had been kicked form its sending point to its ending point. My boyfriend had picked it up, and joking with me over the phone earlier in the day had said he’d opened it (jokingly ofcourse, he knows better 😉 ) and it was fine. When he picked it up the post mistress here looked at it doubtfully herself, as did he. But with it being double boxed and all it should have been fine. Inside the first box: I find the top of the 2nd box blown outward and can fit 2 fingers into it, pulling it back I find the top left horn completely broken off (but it can be glued back on) and the top of his crown shattered! I was in a rage, said not one word as I stormed out of my house without even taking it out of the box. 👿
I got in my car, slammed the door hard enough to make it rock on its springs, and sped up the road half a mile to the PO. I got out of my car and slammed the door again, cursing under my breath(because it was the 2nd time this had happened)the entire time. I looked up to notice the PO emloyees (including the post mistress herself) looking through the big picture window in the front of the building, watching the fuming woman approaching. Once inside (shaking uncontrollably by now) I walked right up to the desk and pulled the inner box out and stuck my finger in the hole. I asked her what in God’s name could cause such horrific damage to a double boxed item. Her reply was,”I saw the box when your boyfriend came to get it, and thought *oh I hope it’s ok*.” I said it wasn’t, but not in the nicest way. When she handed me the form and filled out the papers infront of me (after we had opened the inner box together), I said I wasn’t letting them send it anywhere else to break it further, and if it had been car insurance and my car had been damaged I wouldn’t have to give up my car to get the money, she said she understood and would definately stand behind me (and let me take him back home with me! 😀 ). For once, I feel like there might be a possibility I win in the end. But still waiting to hear either way. It isn’t unrepairable, but for heaven’s sake, when the box is marked FRAGILE on all sides and THIS END UP then treat it with respect. Besides it wasn’t my dog that bit you forever and a year ago and you just can’t seem to get over it! (But it could have been poop from the neighbor’s dog, that you stepped in…) 😛I did something yesterday that was embarrassing to my boyfriend…We went to the local mall to look around and I had to stop by the only local franchise that sells Windstones. Well, I saw a rainbow fledgling in the display case and almost knocked down 2 older women looking at another peice to point it out to him. 😳 He was so embarrassed he walked away! 😆
Also, I found out I can become 10 again whenever I see a package in my living room or at my PO box. I could jump up and down and dance when I know its a Windstone! 😳
Around here we have these blue cement statues that they call Isabel Blooms…All of the women in my family get the same look when they see those blue bags they put them in at Christmas time. So I guess after over 20 years of collecting, well if they can still make me that excited that is as good a compliment I can offer to Melody and the Windstone Staff… 😳 Wish it was more…Alrighty, no bidding on the young brown for me then. 😉 That’s ok, I’d rather you got your young colleciton out of the way first, then I can snag the next one! 😀
I hope not, I REALLY liked the eyes closed ones…I just finally got my last one today of the old style!! He is sooooo pretty! Thanks to golddragon2!!! Wonderful ebayer!! 😀 😀 😀

I must be an oddball though…I love the logostones…I just picked up the BIN lot of 3 lastnight! Now I have 2 of each one!! 😆 But for $31.35 why not? 😈 I love the people who take Money Orders!!!! 😀OOOOOOoooh 😯 Black and gold OW’s?!?! Oh I hope that Black Emerald Peacock is a new color too…I love that one! <3<3<3 😀
I plan to make my own frames for mine. Right now they are still in their plastic and cardboard wraps. I have one that is color of a little girl and a unicorn in the foreground and a castle in the far background. The other is of a prancing unicorn with a bunny and a tree in it…Sound familiar to anyone? ❓

My ex-mother-in-law has got to be 2nd worse Ski. 👿 She is a miserable life sucking B***h from which there is no escape. She has watched her own Grandson overnight like 4 times in 12 years! How lame is that? But for every X-mas she buys him the biggest and best of the toys (usually around $200 is spent) while she got me a sweatshirt once with Goofy the dog on it, and a Mother-in-Law’s tongue plant another year…Her son was nice(to an extent), but she was horrible. 🙄 Ahhhh…I love to say ex when it includes her! 😆
And MERRY CHRISTMAS SKI!!! (and family…the ones overseas 😉 )Hmmm. I agree, the male looks like a peacock with a bit of emerald splashed on it for color, but the female with the bright green is beautiful! I’d go for the bright green ones though. 😀

I think I will wait for the fledgling too, since he was the only one I wanted in rainbow too… 😳I never said I wouldn’t go back to Grandio ever, just not for retireds (the smart dealers are the ones who keep the original prices for now, they will sell out much faster than the ones who raised them). Emerald, I am keeping an eye on your plugs…trust me 😉 and they are not annoying! 😯 I am glad to know you are there. 😀 Right now I am at a standstill because X-mas is coming and I been snapping up the Windstones one after another since I didn’t have funds to do so during the year. But now I need to concentrate on the other people I have to buy for (but I do get a paycheck the day after Christmas!*hint hint* 😆 that has nowhere to go 😯 )until the season is past. 😈

That is the address to the place I go 2 hours from me. It is a nice scenic drive alont the Mississippi river from me. They have some of the oldies by the sound of their site, and they actually did have a month and a half ago when I went up there. I don’t think alot of the tourists that go there collect. perhaps try them? The other local I have doesn’t have a website 🙁 . Sorry.
