No, hun…I thought I was doing the tat knots on this guys wings…Am I confused? 😮 Or did you want to for-go those? (Is it that you like his wings that well as they are? 😉 They ARE my best to date. 🙂 ) I’m not doing a knot on his chest is what I meant by not doing the fire knot… 😕 I was looking for knots for the other 3 Keepers…For their wings…Unless like I said, you’d rather I just did the patterns on the scales and left the knots off all together….Oh…Crud, let me know…I’m all blonde right now! 😈 🙄 XD
I think I am in love with the white one with the two black ears! But then again, I am partial to black and white kittehs! 😳

Ok, Here I thought, I have the Keeper almost done!!! All I have left to do is Copper accenting and then the knots on the wings…WRONG! I forgot some of the white…I can’t believe I did that!!! So, I finish doing the copper, and really, all I will have left is the knots that go on the wings when I paint 3 whole scales white! LOL
It’s getting closer and closer to completion, and I am so happy with it. I will tell you, that it looks good in pics, but the copper is so nice and bright in person, and it seems to have eaten up quite a lot of the black, which I am happy with too. I kept hoping that what I saw in my mind would look the same as it did once I got it on the dragon, and it’s so much more closer than most of my others have been. 😀 Now, I have to practice the knots that are going on the wings (I almost said arms…*snickers* 😆 Inside joke I guess…)by doodling them out on paper until I can get them straight without having to change them. 🙂
I promise to get some better outdoor pics whenever it stops being cloudy, or rainy… >.<I could use a little help for those people who enjoy finding things on the internet *puppy eyes*…I have searched and searched, and while I have ideas for the knots on this guy, I would like to see more ideas for the other elements…I need to find some for Earth, Air and Water…Does anyone know the Celtic symbols for those? I’ve spent hours on Google…Not much luck though. 😕 I can find every letter though that someone drew to “look” Celtic. 🙄
Ok, it took me a couple days, but these guys are about ready to head to the next stops. They part ways here…Heading off to 2 different people, and I don’t know that they will meet back up or not. I did the Ki-Rin first. He has a medium metallic brown, dark metallic brown, and then I added some green and blue interference paint touches. I saw Jen’s interference, and I thought it looked pretty cool. I didn’t use my normal style of painting, as I wanted to try something different and I think I found another way I like to paint! 😀 (And it is ALOT faster than my normal style! O.o) I did mix the blue and green interference together to try and get a splash of color that matched GB’s blue to pull it together.
Then I worked on the Griffin. I pulled in the green from Mmolda’s colors, and the yellow from GB and Jen’s, dark brown, and highlighted with a teal-ish interference color.
And a together shot before they continue on their separate ways.

Aww…I’m sorry Cat, Bobby sure was a doll. *Hugs* It’s hard to lose a fur baby, no matter how long they are with us. I’m still having a few days where I just can’t stop thinking about O.B.. Seems like 18 years just isn’t long enough at all… 🙁
On the brighter side of this topic, I am so glad to hear you are getting those migraines under control somewhat! Sounds like you might get to take charge of your life again! Come out from under eye masks, and out of dark, noiseless rooms and enjoy life! 😀
