Nam,
We don’t want you in a padded room! But the only way I’ll ever get a Lab is if it were in production… 🙁 All I can do is dream so understand the following…
Production Labs and Autumn Leaf!!! Bawwahhhh! 😈 😈 Squeak!! Squeak!! Must have!! 😈 😈
😆 😆 😀 😈 Autumn Leaf! Squeek!! (A girl can dream about the Lab Griffin)!
Excuse me! Stay on subject! No squeak for any other color than Autumn Leaf here! 😈 😈
Squeak, Squeak!
Congrats! Kids are wonderful! And focus on loving that little one. If the families want to miss out on that little one’s priceless love then it’s their loss, not yours! Hopefully one day they will regret their choice but don’t let them make you suffer for their selfishness.

A few days later, the other member contacted me, saying they’d received a second chance offer from the seller, who was refusing me as a security risk (WTF?!? and the payment had gone through!). They contacted the seller, who never responded. I got worried and also tried to contact the seller, who didn’t respond to me either. Fortunately, the dragon arrived safe and sound a couple days ago despite a piss-poor packing job, and the other forum member didn’t fall for it.
I’ve bought other (non-Windstone) things safely via second chance before, so I guess if you get one, make sure it’s in ‘My Messages’ on your eBay page, contact the seller first via eBay, and send the email to that spoof@ebay.com site if it’s a scammer.
If the email addresses were the same, send the second change offer to eBay (with full headers). Maybe they can track them down the theif.
He is stun stun stunning!!! He is my absolute favorite Griffin! I’m jealous of the future owners!
Yes they can but it you can always not file the negative, but you have too to get your fees back. Anyway the threat alone might be all that’s needed, you don’t actual have to go through with it. The threat alone has always worked for me. Remember they don’t want the negative mark either and you can always respond to any feedback you recieve to explain things.
I still have 100% on my feedback….

But there is hope, new production paint schemes are in the works (eventually). If I can’t get a reasonable classic male, I’ll at least be able to get the new production color.
Now I’ve annoyed them too. Think they’ll get the hint?
Ooooh I want too, vary baadllyy, but I don’t want to step on Whippet’s toes either! That would be so not nice!
But this baby would look so cute with monarch wings!

It’s basically the twin of the one I made and sold to Nirvanacat a few months ago. I really don’t feel like paying another 5 bucks to post it on ebay again since I have to add a ton of photos. Plus moving in 6 days, I’m in a packing frenzy and I usually get a bunch of questions I don’t have time to keep answering. *EEK 6 DAYS!!! 😯 OMG! It’s coming SO FAST!*
So any takers? I know the brown is kinda blah, but since I did it after the character it’s how I made it look. It’s actually really detailed with like 3 different browns in it. Just about any reasonable offer I’ll take. I really need to dump some stuff before I move. I have some auctions up for manga, a hummel, and some other stuff from around my house I’ll never use. I only put the good stuff on ebay and the rest is going to yard sale this weekend.

At the very least they should pay the listing fees even if they can’t or won’t pay for the wolf. Threaten them with a non-paying bidder complaint if they don’t at least cover your eBay fees… Make it clear that you must leave negative feedback to get your fees refunded. Explaining why takes the bite out. Make sure you give them a deadlines (and stick to it) and give them plenty of warnings (but be nice!!! very important!) Usually just the threat of a looming deadline and a black mark is enough to get someone to pay up. I’ve had to do it several times and I’ve always got at least the fees. You still have time to work with them (I think 90 days from auction end), but make sure you bookmark the auction, it won’t stay in you My eBay list for more than 30 days.
I hate evilBay! 😡

(Some authors I like have turned out to be twits when I actually encountered them in person or on the net. That’s always sad.)
Yeah, I’ve corresponded with John Varley too, nice guy. Found out, after I left the Central Coast that he lives there. Auugh!
Alan wasn’t what I expected, he isn’t much older than I am, and I had thought he was older. But other than that, he is very cool. He told me I mamaged to ask a question no one had before. Something I am proud of, I asked if he got to choose his book cover art, turns out the answer is no.

Weirdness… Of all the authors… I just found and started reread Alan Dean Foster’s ‘Sentence to Prism’ two days ago and the poof he gets mentioned here. Spooky 😯 ‘Twilight Zone’ Theme follows – Dodo Dodo Dodo Dodo….
