Okay, now that I’ve actually seen a picture of them…they’re FAR more vibrant and electric than I imagined! 😯
The one with the heavy green-gold on it makes me think of “Neon Lights” and the other one with purple wings and less green-gold makes me think of candy, so I suggest “Taffy”

Maybe if the production version had purple stones in his necklace or had his wings tipped in a light, sublte grey….

ooohh Vantid, must you tease us like that, knowing Melody doesn’t have a camera! But if you’re able to get a picture of that by some means, I’d (and I think others ;)) would love to see it! Are they dark like the family or light like the fledgling, lap and spectral?
Also-have you run across any baby ruby orientals while in the factory? I’ve got one back ordered by Enchantments. I’m hoping there will be at least a few more *crosses fingers*
There’s also a shop in town that still has one for $63 (last time I was there) he would be $68 with Tx sales tax, if someone wants me to get him for them, I’ll be going there Tuesday

Im not sure what you’re asking. They are making the blue eyed males regular production, so they will be out. The pink eyed ones are limited production, and the mom and babies are coming out in limited batches for these colors. I would try, but I think the limit is 120 days.
Well its only been 81 days since he was delivered, so even with a 90 day time limit, if I can find the box, I should be covered. But I had been dealing with this man for the dragon for months, and I’ve dealt with this store since (Magical Omaha) so he should remember me. I called immediately after seeing he was broken and assessing the damage.
I do have the box, and the plastic bag he was in-which to my surprise has a ton of little pieces in it! Yikes! Well, I guess its proof that he broke in te boxhmm. Well maybe I can try to fix him better-like that griffin’s foot that was re-sculpted. I really wanted him to be perfect since I saved all summer for him, and he IS my favorite. I think 4 months is too late to redeem the insurance anyhow, even though I notified the store the day I got it. hmm
I know this would fit better in the “Old Warriors” thread, but was afraid it would get lost in the 5 pages of replies.
Melody, do you have any plans on doing the Old Warrior(or any of the larger pieces outside of the family) in the new Hybrid color any time “soon” (3-4 months)?

It does sound elegant, but I think a lot of people are going to have a hard time saying or spelling it. I had to read it about 3 times slowly to catch on. I didn’t know what it was, so I googled it and the pictures that showed up were all deep dark green.
