I ran the white down the chest last night…and it looks sooo much better. I will post updated pics tonight.

Not sure what i can do to improve that. Should i extend the white to the chest or keep it to the cheeks and get rid of the bib? There is some antiquing…but it’s hard to photograph with a flash.

Here is the truth…..
really…There has not been a decent fantasy book in ages. Even Lackey…my bestest and most favorite author has been mearly “okay” lately. I am so desperate for fantasy of any kind that read the book. I was so desperate…I read the second one. And I am soo desperate…I will go see the movie.
I have read almost everything on the shelves of the fantasy bookshelves at B&N…its a very sad state.
So bad or good….I will go and see. And be glad to have SOME fantasy at all!

*giggles*Okay so I really wanted to make a fox PYO…but the odd eyes and small ears/tail called for a dog hybrid. Sooooo I went with it. After all since winged vixens don’t realy exhist anyway…I can make up my own species!
Anyway this is only a WIP…the other side of the wings are not yet done. I want to know what you guys think about the wings..and everything else. A good crit would be excellent.

The green one is a fashion star filly. the purple one is Silky Mane (or locks…can’t remember which) and she is LadyLovelyLocks. I would love the black one with the broken back let. I want to try a hippocampus and that would be perfect!
Not to speak for Melody…but action poses won’t work for the materials she uses for her sculptures. She can explain better…
I love them kinda sitting though better than an action pose. They are kinda my house guardians and they look the part! 🙂I love the additions of the white. I would heavily apply some dark brown(nearly black) anquiting in order to accent all the details in the fur and feathers maybe. The pearlyness all over makes it look sorta like ceramic. He is a handsome one though! Very well done!
Hey! I am actually selling him so I can buy the rainbow. The brighter colors appeal to me more. I am not in a hurry persay, I hope to have enough for the rainbow by selling other stuff (ponys). I actually want to get one of the others from that same store. So really I would like to be able to add his money to the pot…but I don’t have to. If no one jumps on him I will sell to ya then! 🙂
