Kim, your house sounds amazing. I would love to see photos!! I feel that i might be scared of color. Everything is turning out …tan or gray. So, i’m going to start small and start looking for accessories with some pops of color. I have been looking at some used furniture stores however, i don’t feel the prices were much lower then buying new. I live in an area with a large Amish population and they buy almost everything from local auctions ect. I did go out and buy a new sofa and dinning room set. The prices of a dinning room set almost discouraged me altogether. I wanted something simple in real wood. Purplecat, i looked at the cubes while shopping but wasn’t to sure how they would work with plaster walls. The house is almost 100 years old. So, not sure how hanging stuff with any weight will go. I’m lucky that the kitchen was already remodeled. That was always the project i wanted to do at my old house but seemed to daunting. The kitchen is painted in a mint green color, that is very slowly growing on me. However, i don’t know what colors to go with it. Red and other green shades? Any recommendations?
Well, this has been a horrible week. I took my cat to the vet for what i thought was a cold. Found out he has cancer. Then today i had to put my dog of 15 years down. Very bad week for my furbabies. I have been in the middle of buying a house and the sellers are just making it a nightmare. Work is a huge headache too. Hopefully i get a mini break next week going to Pax with friends.
So, i went on my very much needed vacation…..it was a cruise….We hit a huge storm and had to stay in our stateroom for about two days. Everything was flying all over the place. Sea-sickness non-stop for about 80% of the guests. The cruise line did everything they could to keep us safe. I got a parcel refund but now i need a vacation from my vacation.
I trusted my gut and found the proof today. Now to rip my life apart. Kinda wish I had more of a backup plan.
UGH…..when you have the feeling(and clues) that your boyfriend of almost 4 years is cheating on you. Worst part is that Feb 7th is our anniversary and i have a week long vacation booked for us…that i paid for! 🙁
I got my package from Bullsquid. Sadly, i can’t post pics. 🙁 I got an awesome box of Canadian chocolates. Every item something new i have never got to try before. Thank you Bullsquid!! The Toffifees are amazing.
Thanks everyone. I got a new camera for my birthday and finished painting my Windstone room. It’s finally time to display them. Some how it took me like over a year to paint a very small office. >.< Lack of motivation lol
Yay, 2016!! My bf said we could make it happen. Would anyone from the East coast wanna check out other attractions too?
