@littleironhorse Thank you! I chose 3 more and am now an eager expectant mother of quadruplets, lol.
@Thunderwing Here ya go, just a few of the many examples. Shoved ’em in a gallery so I didn’t flood the thread.

Boy oh boy do I have a long way to go, LOL.@Rusti @Samantha @Zelda @Ariel @Heather @Amstaff @Serendipity @Stephanie
Added! I dabble, but do aim to do a better job of caring for my poor precious dragon children (and get around to the breedings I had planned like 10 million yrs ago. and maybe some RP). Couldn’t find @Blu_Gold_Dragon or @LuvsDragons though!I started out in Arcane Flight because that’s what the personality test matched me with and I agreed with it. Plus, it helped me choose from several flights I loved equally and the decision was really killing me, lol. Then as some kind of loyalty reward I think? I got a chance to change my flight and changed to Ice just for the eye color (White. Clashes with nothing). I feel like a traitor to be honest, LOL. I wonder if I can change again in the future? I honestly love every flight so much.
@zelda [Hey I know that dragon! That’s Flammie !!]@Kim haha, I heard about that! They were banning them all over. How tragic. Reminds me vaguely of when the NSA banned Furbys in the Pentagon (totally different reasoning, but still). I wonder if that ban still stands. xD I was just exiting high school as phones were getting smart and prevalent enough to cause problems. I have no idea how they keep that at bay! Must be madness.
@etruscan LOL then I’m especially grateful!
@Celestial-Rainstorm Oh man !! I’m so sorry you had to part with ones you miss. What I wouldn’t give to have some old plushies back. I somehow managed to never own any Neopets merch, even as crazed as I was. Now I happen to own the PS2? game, but only because my fiance is a big time video game collector and our collection is puzzlingly large.
@Falcolf [I think I might have tagged you as @Falcor in a previous post!] I am so into your ferals especially all the canines! You really captured the coyote spirit in Sedge. Lol, I’m so biased. My ‘sona is a coyote and I’d love to badger you for a commission some time because her new site needs more art (and then more and more and more art forevermore). Kezra.ml ! I gave ya a watch, too. For all my love of prehistoric mammals, I’ve somehow managed to miss out on Chasmaporthetes but man, are they ever cooooolll. How cool is their name, even? Dang. EDIT: I vividly recognize Wrennars’ #871 but I’m not sure from where. Mystery upon mystery.@Falcolf I’m not sure I’ve had hibiscus and recognized it as such, but I’m very curious and may have to try this nostalgic tea of yours. You can live vicariously through me! Unless I find out I’m allergic to hibiscus too! 😮 I love Stash coz I can get it for an awesome price in bulk so I’ve got a lot of their Chai Black, Peppermint, Chamomile… But I’ve got to try the Peach Ginger coz those are two of my favorite flavors! I just picked up a ginger root the first time ever this week, for cooking. I wonder if I can tea-ify it.
@Jellyfish Raspberry leaf is not one I’ve heard of! I’m so curious! I’ve wanted to try making Dandelion because it’s readily available and safe to drink but I’ve definitely heard mixed reviews. 😛 I’ll still be trying it sometime.
@Celestial-Rainstorm There’s just something about Earl Grey (“Hot”) that can’t be beat. When you’re in the mood, nothing else will do. I second enjoying the expression “deeper teas”, it’s fitting! I personally like basically all flavors but have been in a mood for mucho spice. Maybe it’s the season.
@Anne Yes, that’s the brand! And I’m really hooked on them right now. As soon as you mentioned Bengal Spice I pictured the box from past shopping trips. Your recommendation and Falcolf finding it too spicy for them really has me eager to try it. I can’t get enough cinnamon lately and have been putting it in everything I can, lol. Uh oh, I’ve fallen in mad love south the sound of The Whistling Kettle’s “Fall Tin Collection”.@Falcolf That sounds awesomeeee (the gift, not a 9 day week)! I need an entirely new wardrobe to be honest but I would definitely start with warm, utilitarian things. You can’t beat a free down jacket. Enjoy the heck out of that incredilaziness! And thank you! I’m partial to my pets. 😛
@Celestial-Rainstorm Candy’s a nice idea! I’ve never gotten candy from a seller but I did get Lipton Green Tea and assorted cutesy stickers from one who sold me a tamagotchi face plate. They included a matching charm for it too. Such generosity! I used to include one small random gemstone with every Etsy purchase but ran out pretty fast. Now I’m left with only my favorites from my personal collection, but I’d love to keep a supply around specifically for gifting away.October 19, 2016 at 6:41 pm in reply to: Please ignore back in stock messages that don't link to anything #1508290Maybe it was the nefarious work of those Fuzzies I’ve heard about, overly impatient to go to new homes (with or without a Windstone in the box, lol).
The oldschool Petz games were such a delight. Their expressions and sound bites we’re totally hilarious and cute. There was a really strong community of modders making custom content. I put a lot of hours into Horse Isle too, but they delete your account after tiny periods of inactivity (or at least they used to) so I was constantly losing my precious babies. 🙁 love the breed art though. Spent a lot of time on the old Horseland too. Somehow never managed to truly check out Chicken Smoothie though it’s always been on my radar and I’ve probably signed up at least once.
Then there’s Furry Paws and Howrse, Khimeros, Leayph, Wajas, Exhibited, Goatlings, Subeta… it’s endless! Definitely the games with breeding and simulated genetics interest me most.
*the weirder the pet.
Typing on a phone is hard and posts only seem to let me edit once or twice but I always seem to introduce a new typo when I do, lol.@Falcolf Oh yes. That big mountain of an omelette just sitting in the desert ripe for the pickins. I remember trying my first omelette IRL just because it was a food in Neopets. 😛 I’ve dabbled there in recent years hoping for nostalgia but ever since it was bought from Adam & Donna by Viacom (and now JumpStart of of all things) there’s little of that to be had. I guess that’s to be expected when the game is 17 years old! Btw, who did your icon art? So cute.
@Etruscan Thank you! Did you find these with the forum search function? I tried it but it didn’t seem to be working for me. I am on mobile though. Forgot all about DragCave! That one’s old as dirt and I’m stoked to see it’s still active! Can’t remember my old credentials though. Now to stalk the lairs of everyone who shared their Flight Rising UNs.
@Celestial-Rainstorm It’s a good thing I was a broke little kid when they got big and started mass producing merchandise or I would have been out of house and home, surrounded by Lupes and Gelerts and Kougras LOL.
@Melody Oh how I wanted a Tamagotchi as a kid. I did have a knock off Giga Pet kitty and that was my life for awhile. Now I’m an adult and can buy ALL THE TOYS, so I have a couple modern Japanese exclusive keychain pets with an intent to collect someday (the wider the pet, the better)!October 17, 2016 at 10:55 pm in reply to: [New Sculpts added May 3!] Wire Art Sculptures for sale – Flower Blooms on Stones #1507898These are BEAUTIFUL and I truly haven’t seen anything quite like them. I was just about to ask if you had an Etsy or some such, then saw your last post. I hope you make a killing! I’ll be sure to fave the shop once it’s up and choose a tree for my own one day. It will look amazing next to my favorite porcelain unicorn (or future Windstones)!
October 17, 2016 at 10:48 pm in reply to: Unicorn by Quequinox Art, elegant feather shawl & more #1507897Wow, these are some awesome collectibles. I forgot all about Mirrormask! Though I’m not in a position to treat myself currently, I did favorite your Etsy shop. The wrapped Labradorite is a stunner!
Thank you, Celestial Rainstorm! Gotta love two packages in one day. It always blows me away when sellers include a little something extra. Hand written notes – for example – instantly endear me to a seller. I once bought a skull from a lady on DA and it came with a massive and beautifully barred turkey feather buried under the packing peanuts. It became the biggest feather in my collection and such a pretty focal point. When I thanked her for the bonus gift she replied, “Weird. Credit goes to one of my turkeys. I didn’t notice it in there.” LOL!
@Kim Yep, Link’s a white GSD! and thank you! They all share a home with my fiance and I, a bunch of fish, and a bunch of beetles. I don’t want to be overrun by pets (ok, maybe I do), but I’d love a ball python as well. I miss having rats, which may be my favorite pets of all! Do you live with any animal compadres?
@Bodine <3 That’s so awesome. Happy anniversary! -
