    I have a long, long list of pieces I would love to own. Sadly they are all most likely out of my price range at this time or in their forever homes and I don’t really have room to do them justice right now 😛 …. But! it’s fun to dream. Here are a few………many…..

    Oh man!!! I really, really, really wanted to get one of the Fantasy ones. 🙁 sad face. Oh well. I guess it’s not in the cards for me right now. I can’t wait to see what everyone gets!!! <3

    I need to whine. It’s been a tough week at work. I work sales and have not made my sales goal for 5 months so they are threatening to suspend me and then fire me if I don’t make it. STRESSFUL!!!
    But this has nothing to do with that…..This is so first world problems but I decided to treat myself and buy some figurines that I love from a company out in the UK. So I do my wishlist shopping and put everything I wish I could get in my cart. Then I go through and wheedle it down. I ended up with about 6 figurines. I go to check out and see what international shipping would be and it is 3x what the actual order is! This didn’t seem right to me so I e-mailed customer service. They did get back to me within 24hours and told me the weights were wrong in the shipping program and that was why I got the inflated number. They would hurry and fix it so I could place my order. A week later (or maybe it was two?) I e-mail back asking if the issue has been fixed and that one of the items I was interested in had already sold out. No response so two days more I send a message through the site. Two days after that I got an e-mail saying this issue was fixed. Ok. Moving ahead. I place my order which came to 96 pounds (shipping was just as much as the order 😛 but I justified it) so about $120 USD. I await it’s arrival. Finally I get a note from my mail person that they tried to deliver and I was unavailable to sign so I can pick it up at the PO, OH and I owe $35 more in postage. WHAT!!!??? SIDE NOTE: the thing about this is my delivery person never came to my door to see if I was there. I was home all day that day. I again e-mail customer service and ask why there may be extra shipping. No response. The next day I go into the PO and whom-so-ever packed my order put 2 boxes together (there were 4 total) and plastic wrapped and taped them and then just copied the shipping label and taped it to the second parcel. WTF!!! I pay the fee since I doubt the company would deal with the post office anyway and open the packages to check for damage….and there are 2 of one figurine and I am missing another. I e-mail AGAIN with this new issue and have heard nothing. This was just yesterday but I would think I should get something back at least acknowledging that the e-mails were received. Wow. That was long. I’m just irritated. I waffled on making this order in the first place since it was nothing I absolutely needed and now I am seeing that maybe there was a reason for that trepidation. Makes me appreciate Windstone all the more since they are completely awesome with customer service and all they do. THANK YOU WINDSTONE!!!

    Precious arrived today. She is green that fades to light green towards her feet. Her beak and toes are purple! She is such a cutie!!! And she wants to be a secret keeper when she grows up! 😉 Unfortunately I cannot seem to post pics (again!). Is there a way to just attack pictures that are on your computer?

    Update: I heard back from the seller. He cannot find anything either so he is sending another out to hopefully get here by the 22nd. Keeping the fingers crossed. He seems like a really nice guy and I am not mad at him at all. I hope he can get reimbursed for the item that did not get shipped out or lost or whatever happened to it. :S

    I need to whine a bit. I ordered my son a lego set on e-bay. I researched the seller’s feedback and there was nothing but good to say about his integrity and quick shipping and all that stuff. So I “buy it now” on and 9th of December. He doesn’t ship it until the 12th. Ok. Over the weekend. I get it. But now for the last week there has been no tracking information from fedex for the shippment. I have contacted the seller and he sent me the confirmation that a shipping label was created but couldn’t explain why there was no tracking info. Said he would get back to me after he looked into it. That was Friday morning. I didn’t hear anything the rest of Friday so Saturday morning I called Fedex and was told that if there was no tracking information updating then it was never scanned in for shippment. So I messaged the seller with this information hoping for something to happen. Nothing. (you would think that even on a weekend you could at least address a customer issue a little). Now I don’t know what to do. This was my boy’s “big” present this year and I’m not sure it will make it for Christmas now. I’m a little irked that it seems after all of the positive feedback he had received that I’m the one that this happens to. Grrrr!! Whine!!!! 🙁

    Good day!!! I just tried to post a new for sale classified and it is asking to verify my e-mail address. Said it sent an e-mail but it’s been about 30 minutes and I have not gotten anything. How do I get the e-mail resent? Thanks!!!
