I meant to bid on the Stray Cat “Midnight” many years ago, but missed the auction. I did find out who the winner was, but she wasn’t interested in my offer – it was in its “forever home”. Then, some years later, she put it up on eBay. I was the only bidder. I paid a bit more than she had, but well under what I had offered her several years before. It is my favorite piece.
My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.
