Gots me a Tadpoad! Cutest little thing–I usually miss out on stuff like this but not this time. Can’t wait to see what I got. 😀
Squeeeeeeee–got my swap! Check your emails–it’s happening! And I got the sculpt my swapee wants so I’ll hopefully be starting tomorrow sometime!
It’s been a while since I painted anything–anxious to start as well. Have all these blank pyos–just hope my swap requests one of the pyos I have.
So scary–I do hope everyone that was affected is okay. Sending positive thoughts to those in that area.
Does a poad’s diet get reflected in their droppings? I don’t know what our clutter has been eating lately, but they’re squabbling over whether they are producing “black diamonds”, “black spinel” or black garnets…

I think your first PYO came out just lovely! It sure looks better than my first attempt. You put a lot of detail into it and I look forward to seeing more of your work! Keep it up!
Do you actually get her? Or are you one of many sponsors?
I adopt two raptors every year from the Mountsberg Raptor Centre in Ontario and I get to visit them whenever I want (when the centre is open, obviously).
Yes, I ‘get’ her and I’ll be her only sponsor until I tell them otherwise. The Oasis asks for at least a year’s commitment, but I can be Angel’s sponsor for as long as I want. If I were to go down to The Oasis, I could visit her. I could also send special treats, toys for her as well.
Also, a person could sponsor more than one bird–if they could afford to. Sponsorship runs from about $20 to $65 a month depending on the size of bird and is paid monthly or yearly. Also, birds could be sponsored as a pair, if they have a mate–again, by only one person or family. It’s a nice thought that the bird is your ‘special’ bird. You get a picture of your sponsored bird and updates each year. I hope to be Angel’s sponsor for many years to come.
I can’t believe this! What is his problem? I do seriously think he has mental problems. Won’t let it go and won’t let it alone. Someone else mentioned that the past is his but the future is yours. He just can’t move on can he?
