Hey LadyFirebird!
So glad you liked everything! And, I think I’m going to order some of the items from Purple Cat’s Creations for myself later… they really look neat (and not just the Bath items!).Enjoy! 🙂
Purple Cat does have some neat things on her site. I have some of her sculpts and they’re cute! Her bath stuff is awesome as well–the scents last a long time. When I shower and use one of the butter crèmes, I can still smell it the next day! Plus, they’re good for those who have super sensitive skin–she developed them because her children [can’t remember which one] was born with very sensitive skin. Go ahead and indulge–you won’t regret it!
All such lovely pieces! Good job everyone! [Watching for mine–waiting impatiently]
Wooo Hooo! Got my gift already!!!! Thank you very much Ela_Hara!!! Just came in the mail. I’ll post pictures later but I got Purple Cat’s bath products in my favorite scents and a cute little bird ornament that’s also a bell! A very cute owl card was also included. Just had to share–thank you again, Ela_Hara–I love everything!
As promised–here are the pics of my gifts from Ela_Hara
I just love everything–again, thank you so much!!!
Mine was delivered today–just a matter of time for my swapee to open it–and I hope she likes it. Shuffling nervously.
Contact SPark–she’s on the forum. Just PM her and she would be glad to help you–this is right up her alley. She does quality work as well–I have a Phoenix she made for me as well as a couple of loonakits she was selling on the forum.
USPS now has a deal where you use their flat rate boxes that come in small, medium, large–I know medium costs a little over $12 and large is a little over $16, and it includes $50 insurance and tracking. When I shipped my pyo they told me they were just introducing this. Whatever you can fit in the box [excluding what they may consider hazardous]it goes for that flat rate. I feel it’s much better than UPS, which used to be my favorite for shipping.
And, I feel that USPS ships faster. I can ship something to Florida from California and it would take UPS a week to deliver–with USPS Priority, it can get there in three days and–they deliver on Saturdays–UPS doesn’t without an extra charge.
USPS isn’t perfect and mistakes can happen–but I’ve heard horror stories about all the major shippers. Hope you find this helpful.
Shipped!! 🙂

I’ve been keeping an eye on your project as well. I plan to do something early next month when I have a ‘new’ budget. Does my signature look familiar? That link you sent me for the sale of that griffin–well, that’s where my money went this month but I feel it went to a good cause! Isn’t he cute?
Got mine–already started shopping! 🙂
Good for you and I’m happy for you! I always find it amazing when guys dump their girlfriends and tell them some sort of BS like your former bf in not wanting to have to deal with a gf back home when he’s in the Navy. He didn’t want to deal with you because he obviously found someone more to his liking. [Don’t worry–want goes around comes around]
But I’m happy for you and as far as meeting him on a dating site–I sometimes feel that has its good points–you communicate a bit to see what you have in common and also if he has enough intelligence to write comprehendible sentences! Whatever works!
Hope this works out for you! 🙂

It does drive you nuts J) and I do understand that it’s constantly on your mind. I do hope things work out for you and by the end of December it will all be history.
Go ahead and rant here–that’s what I love about this forum, you can rant and get it out of your system–it does help. The people here are usually very understanding and supportive and you don’t have to drive your SO nuts with it–so it’s also a relationship saver!
Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
NO! It’s fun to watch you all squirm.
… and somewhere there is an Old Green Fledgie packed up. I haven’t seen him in a looooong time.
OoooooOOOOOoooooo—I remember you talking about this some time back! I then told you that keeping that little fledgie in a box was fledgie abuse and could be some major offense and you could spend time for it!! But I gave you a way out–you could send it to me and I’d keep my mouth shut! 😉 Keep me in mind when you find it–okay!
And that box you haven’t opened–it will be like Christmas for you to open it and see what you ordered! Amazing–having a Windstone package and never opening it–talk about restraint!
One thing comes to mind–what goes around comes around–reap what you sow. Here a man loads a shotgun hoping that his dad shoots his mom–instead he gets the bullet! Wow!
Nice to see you back—hope to ‘see’ more of you.
I use Comcast but didn’t see anything like this! Cool! 8)
