Gah – So…
I had mistakenly posted the reminders in this thread instead of the main quest thread. I was trying to move them so no one thought LavendarStarfish did something wrong (she absolutely did not!)
I deleted them instead which also nuked all the replies. I clearly need more sleep. It’s been a week!

How and what people choose to eat is a very personal decision. I have seen and read most of the things Kim posted previously.
I disagree with many of them and find that in many cases there is just as much evidence to dispute them as to support them. However, because it IS a personal issue, I don’t choose to air it on a public forum.
You do not know me, do not know my family, and do not know the thoughts and research that went into my own personal decisions about how to eat or how to feed my children.
This is a sensitive topic that, as Jennifer expressed, should be approached cautiously and with kindness. I don’t believe the initial several posts did that and spoke up against what I felt was an attempt to instill guilt where there is no right.
AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I need to scream briefly. It’s been a rotten, terrible week (and we’re only two days in!) Nothing horrible, thus just a whine.
1.) All my clients have gone insane. They want to finish everything we have in progress before 12/20 because they are going on vacation. Looks like it’s back to 60+ hour weeks for a bit. Whee!!!
2.) My Christmas tree fell over. Busted ornaments, flooded livingroom, got bashed by the tree trying to get it upright again, took HOURS to get it all fixed.
3.) Finals week – and trying to do finals with collapsing Christmas trees and 12 hour work days.
4.) Nasty (for Oregon) weather which has cancelled school for the kids and added to the chaos.
5.) In my web development class we’re required to use an external hosting site for our final project. Final was due tonight. The site is down with no ETA on when it will be back up.
6.) And NOW the college website is down too so I can’t even find out when it might be fixed.
7.) I forgot I had to pick up something I ordered today. The pick up is about a 5 minute drive from my house, but my husband took my car (I can’t drive his – it’s a stick shift). I remembered the pick up about 2 minutes after the guy was supposed to leave. Chaos and calling all over got the guy to wait until someone else could pick up the order for me (no second chance to pick up – today or nothing).
8.) Then the order was wrong.
Everyone is healthy again and we’re really pretty lucky – but GAH! I need a pillow to go scream into! LOL
Also, 2 quest questions were posted tonight since all the other stuff kept me from it yesterday. LOL
It’s a cute story, but I really wish you would drop the guilt-tripping attempts at those who don’t agree with vegetarianism. This is a forum for Windstone fans, not a political platform.
Well that explains where all our snow disappeared to… please take back the rain! The roads here are all nasty.
We would if we could! We know how to deal with rain, but this snow stuff… blugh

BUT, with that being said, just 5 questions this week. I’m a little sick and need to decorate so I can’t think of any good questions for today/tomorrow. Look for the next new one on Sunday!
I saw a couple of the answers on Facebook before I even saw the questions on this forum. I’m on Facebook too much lol. In that case it almost seemed too easy for me.

Yes, if you give the prize away (with nothing in exchange) OR raffle/sell for charity – you can re-enter.
If you sell/trade the piece to get money or something you like more, you are not eligible for re-entry.
You CAN sell/trade/auction/gift quest prizes with no limitations (except the yearly value max as Windstone doesn’t want to file a billion tax forms). 🙂
I forgot the word “Entry”in my subject line of my last two emails, will they be counted or do i need to resend them?

I’m sorry, you can’t resubmit entries. 🙁 However, if I can find them, I’ll put them in the drawing (assuming they are correct answers 🙂 ).
Please make sure to submit the subject lines right. I use filters to help control the volume. 🙂 Otherwise, you risk not getting your entry included!
I managed to get a Holly last year, so if someone reminds me I’ll try to breed up some eggs this year.
I didn’t realize I could zoom in if I right clicked the mouse so I was able to read the others.
Maybe I should make that information larger and in a different color on the page so people don’t skip past it 🙂 I’m glad it worked!
I just looked through them all and they are all really great! I laughed at the fuzzy who lived on the poad’s head and loved the pretty colours on those poads in Dra0nfeather’s story. Is there a way to enlarge or zoom in on the stories? There were a couple stories that the print was so small I couldn’t read it and it wouldn’t let me zoom in.
Unfortunately no. For judging, Windstone printed them out so it was easier to read and see, but for web distribution I don’t really have any way of doing so other than the zooming.
If your browser wouldn’t let you, you could possibly try another browser. 🙂
