Aww Melody, nothing was your fault. Just a misunderstanding I think. I’m so grateful you have gone above and beyond to try and make everyone happy with the Kickstarter. That was really nice of you to offer to paint more rainbow tigers so everyone who wanted one could get one. I love my rainbow tiger dragon and I love seeing everyone else’s too!

Yes, thank you and I’m sorry for people needing to read confrontational posts here. If someone has an issue with me they can message me directly instead of posting on here. Obviously my dragon was not custom or Dragonfeathers wouldn’t have got one that looks almost the exact same. I have been extremely stressed for the last two weeks with my mom being in the hospital and visiting her every day and trying to find a place to move by the end of August as my lease is up and these dragons just brought a little bit of joy to me going through tough times. To have some trying to ruin that for me right after I posted about them is uncalled for.

I finally got my kickstarter bantam dragons in a couple days ago and I love them all, especially the rainbow ones! It took my box 12 days to get to Canada but once it arrived in Canada it only took 3 days to get to my house so I guess Canada Post wasn’t the hold up after all. I got two with pink/purple/teal type colours and two with rainbow type colours. I had to take photos of these with a flash as my lighting wasn’t good so they may look a little bright but they are pretty true to colour in these pics! I was also going to order a sand dragon for myself but decided to just get one for a friend who missed the kickstarter so am sending her the sand one I included in the one pic. From left to right in the first pic we have: the original 133 which I got because it reminded of the dreamscape colour scheme and I’m surprised no one else wanted it, a clone of 142 with slightly more aqua than blue, another clone 170a which I adore as it reminds me of a tropical island and last we have a rainbow tiger that I love as it matches my rainbow tiger baby unicorn!

I get that with liking notice but then again Melody used to release a new grab bag every month or two so it was pretty much expected each month to save up. They have been pretty good lately about posting pics weeks ahead of time when painting pieces, when in the past we sometimes didn’t even know about a grab til the day of. Remember when there was no notice and things were just a surprise? I feel like it’s gotten better since then with more hints of when things will be coming up for release. But maybe like a notice of we are now painting this grab bag to be released a month from now or something could be good in the future. I would maybe offer to buy one for someone and take payments but can I do that if I get my own too? I’m trying to remember if you can order more than one from the same account if it’s going to a different person and address.

Angelika_Zen that’s interesting I did not see the pink at all on my phone and computer. I looked back at the listings because I wanted to double check and I see some said they had a combination of orange and pink on them. I guess with the darker pink I thought it was more red. That’s one thing that stopped me bidding on any because I like pink but not red and orange. I guess now that I look at them more closely it looks more like a salmon pink.

I agree the Ocean’s flame young uni is really pretty with the aqua blue colour. I just don’t love the orange/red eyes but I know a lot of others like red eyes.

I’m not sure if people see different colours on different screens but the ocean’s flame colour scheme is based on oranges and reds, not pink and the eyes look very orange to me. I have some pink eyed critters and they are definitely a different colour. The mane looks like more of a magenta-red to me and the eyes look more orange-red.

How about what I call an ‘Iron Grey’ – darker dapple grey with black points/mane-tail. I like Pintaloosas too!
Have you done any Palominos? I know some people like those.I am trying to make them all equally fancy so I could do dappled Palominos. We might do solid Palominos as regular colors.
I like dapple greys and Palominos but could you make the natural horse colours a separate batch? I would like to try for a safari and a natural and a giraffe or other category if they come in different batches again.

I love seeing everyone’s dragons! Well good news, my tracking finally updated and my box cleared customs in Canada so I hope it gets here soon! Also I asked and Susie said the sand dragon was in the box, which is good because this box is taking long enough, nevermind if I had to wait for another one.
