It looks grayish in real life. This is the best picture I could get. Like I said, she has been up on a shelf, found it when I went to dust her. It is hard and feels like glue, but I am not quite sure how to remove it, or if me removing it will damage the horns. So any suggestions???

I was looking at my BEP lap, and notice that she has quite a bit of glue (at least I think it’s glue) on her horns. Like someone accidently smeared the glue when they were placing it. (or something) Is there a safe way to remove it? I mean, it’s all over the horns. (didn’t notice it because I opened her at night an kinda just put her on the shelf) Thanks for any advice!
I am feeling much better now that everyone has talked to me about not to worry. Thank you all for your good thoughts and prayers. I will keep you posted. *fingers crossed*

The only way to know for certain is to have a laparoscopy so they can see what’s going on internally. I’m no doctor but your symptoms sound like what I went through… Good luck, keep us posted

OMG!!! Thank you! I was searching for that word earlier! LOL Had a brain fart at that moment I guess. That is what he said as well. He has me in for the 18th of July. So if I can stay sane until then, we will figure it out then. Thanks so much!

I’m not saying that this is what your problem is, but you may want to talk to your doctor about how birth control and ovarian cysts relate. Or look it up on WebMD.
Last year when it started, he thought that I had something else (and for the love of me I can’t think of what it was…where the lining doesn’t fully exit the body during the cycle) and he switched my birth control. I could tollerate it for a while, but it has slowly gotten worse. My cycle went from almost a week long starting on Tuesday, to two days, starting on the Saturday before I start a new birth control pack. Whatever this is, he says it’s messing with my body. He is only one of about four OBGYNs around here, so the only open appointments are in July. So I have to wait another month. 🙁 In the meantime, I am suppose to try to relax. (yeah, right….relax) So we will see

I am coming to all of you lovely people for some advice and to tell you something about me that I just found out. I need to vent and let someone know what is going on and hope for responses from someone who is or knows someone going through the same thing.
Well, this all started last year. I had gone to my OBGYN for a visit about my unusual cycles. (that is a nicest, “not to much info” way of saying it) I was having this cramps, which I had never had before. So they were unusual. He started me on a different dose of birth control to see if it would help.
Over the past year, it was okay, but has gotten worse. Now I get these pains right before my cycle and during. I can’t sleep, can’t lay down flat, and can’t stand up straight without shoots of pain. So I called him.
He disclosed to me that I may have cysts on my ovaries. And my concern is that my mother had a form of cancer on her cervix. I have no idea what to think. He said that because of the family history, he wants me to come in because they may be cancer.
When he said that, my heart dropped. Now I have to wait to see my fate. I don’t think that I have been more scared in my entire life! So, right now, I would like to hear some positive re-enforcement because I am about to lose my mind! I don’t know weather to cry or scream, or to be fine until I know, or worry. My mind is racing. I am only 22. When my mom’s cancer was found, I was only 9, so I really didn’t fully understand. Anyone with some words of wisdom? I’d really appreciate it!
Hello! I was re-reading the thread about sales tax changing when the move is over and thought…what about shipping costs? Are shipping costs going to increase for some and decrease for those who will be closer? With you in CA and I am in AZ, I don’t get charged too much for shipping, but you will be further away. So will it increase?
Also, are dragon prices going to change? I think I remember reading somewhere on here that the cost of living is cheaper there. So are prices going to reflect that? Thank you ahead of time for all the answers you can provide! (as well as for any one else who knows) 😀

I don’t mind. I don’t really care what I win, it is the fact that I got something special. And I only have dragons, so if I won an oriental or a hoofer, they would be my first. Also, automatically entering means that if I happen not to be on here or miss reading that, I wouldn’t have to worry about missing out because I didn’t see that new topic. So I love that you are just rolling our names over to the next raffle. 😀 Thanks so much for all you do! You are busy, yet still find time to do things for us. I am sure that I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate it very much!
Hope everything works out fine. I wish that I would have had a vet like yours. My vet did an exploritory surgery on my dog in 2004 and “forgot” to tell us that she had a stroke during the surgery. 🙁 She ended up having seizures throughout the weekend throwing up blood, and when we called him, he said “oh I forgot to tell you” …. She had to be put to sleep. She is with me always. 😥 I am glad that your ordeal worked out, and I hope that you get the money to pay for it. (and I also hope that you don’t have to sell your cat) My thoughts are with you.

Yes, we are done with putting new stuff in the store for now. We will close down completely at this location pretty soon for the final exodus. We are doing very little from here now, except shipping, and putting a few ebay things up. It is SO quiet!
Quiet indeed! I have seen the most of maybe 11 people on here. 😯 I thought that maybe I miss some conversation. LOL Guess I have some time to get some of my college work done for these summer classes. 😀 Do you have any idea when you will be settled in? Are we talking like months or weeks? Just out of curiosity. 🙂
