I’m really tempted to make you an offer on the violet flame curl… I better ask my hubby though, he’s a little ticked that I’ve already bought 6 windstones in the last month and a half. I’ll let you know how it goes 😆
Ok I don’t see much interest in it, but I would LOVE to see a resurrection of the long lost wind wizard in some of the new production colors… I envision say a Twilight colored wind wizard with a silver dragon on his shoulder, or a red flame colored wizard with a gold on his shoulder…. it gives me shivers let me tell you!

Stupid question time, what is ravnheart’s database, and how do I get there? Alternatively, what is the average in dollars so that I know if I’m willing to part with it for the curl? 😆
He is really pretty even if he isn’t really my thing. I always watch to see what you have up for sale, unfortunately the ones I like usually go too high for my wallet!
Keplily you really should post your stuff here first and see if you can unload anything without incurring ebay fees =) Although you were probably planning to do that anyway.
Here is the update to what I’m currently seeking, I don’t remember what I put before, so I’ll just list it so that all the stuff I’m currently looking for is here.
Mother Unicorn $50
Mother Pegasus $50-70
Father Unicorn $50
Orange-eyed Emerald Father Dragon $220ish
Orange-eyed Emerald Young Dragon $170ish
White Emperor (I know I can’t afford one, so I’m just going to watch and snipe if I see one thats damaged go cheap, then call Kyrin)
Wolf griffins (watch and snipe, try to get them on ebay below retail)
Currently not stocked curled dragons (if I’m lucky I’ll be online when the store restocks, if not, can I beg someone else to grab me one? Especially the blue eyed silver, brown or violet flame?)Lets look on the bright side, since Ebay pulled the auction, Windstone doesn’t have to pay any fees!
And because everyone is being careful and taking screenshots, you don’t have to relist and pay those fees hehehehehe.
In a backwards way, although the hackers are making more work, in the end Windstone gets more money so its all good.
I’m sure all of us agree Windstone getting money that otherwise would have gone to Evilbay is a good thing.
Especially since you are going to be packing up the casting dept before the painting dept, you can get to those wind wizards you found! Just don’t make them all rainbow, I know some people here love them, but I would rather have almost any other color… ruby, black gold, gold, silver, firey, white, etc.
I personally think it would be awesome if you painted the windwizards in the black sunset coloring that you have on the griffins.
Oh oh or, you could paint them in the ocean blue prototype that you’ve been working. But while we are talking prototype colors… there’s also autumn leaf, wine berry, rainforest…. goodness I’m drooling. I really love the wind wizard sculpt.
Ugh you have so many freaking colors you could probably just divy up the box and do 10 LE of each which means I wouldn’t get one.

Hmm, I think that may be an overgeneralization there.. for all we know certain members of this forum “may” be polygamous, or voodoo practicianers…. and as far as I’m concerned, as long as they don’t flaunt it, and they love windstones, they’re welcome in my book!
Melody, I’ve been thinking a lot about the cost of doing business through ebay ever since I read the thread about the changing policies.
Have you considered as a trial run, posting a OOAK in the Flea Market forum? You could post the usual pictures, and assign one of your minions to read through the PM offers, set a limit to the time, say until such and such date and time.
Even if you don’t get quite as good of a response as on ebay, the fact that you would save all the fees might make it worthwhile.
At the least, you could try it with one piece, and see if it is economically feasible, after all, your best customers are already on this forum, so why not?
A seller I bought a wizard from on ebay yesterday said she had a baby black pegasus she might part with, I’m trying to convince her to stop by the flea market boards and sell here first, to avoid the nasty evil bay fees.
Well.. I have both the white mother and the hatching pegasus which is why I wouldn’t want to offer for them, but I paid about 35 for my hatchling pegasus on evil-bay, and I think the mother wouldn’t go for more than about 120, or 100 on the safe side. The other option is to wait, and see if they go up in the next couple of months, there is some variation in pricing.
