And this christmas there was a husband and wife team around here that was just plain STEALING the post. They were postal workers too. Checking the letters for money and keeping or reselling the packages. They got caught with something like 3 months worth of mail in their possesion 😯
Buckleys is a Canadian thing, and not availible in the States. The Motto “It tastes bad but it works” is True! The taste is almost indescibable awful but dang the stuff works on your colds! It contains natural things like Pine needle oil and is completely unflavored. Well almost. The kids version has to have some flavor to it or you’ve have to hold them down and tickle their throat to get them to take it. When I take it, I always have a glass of something citrusy to down to get rid of the taste FAST!
They “Highly encourage” That cats here be indoor cats. If a cat is being a nusince on your property you have the right to trap it and turn it over to Animal Services. They have also just brought in mandatory cat licencing here. WE also have lots of coyotes around EVERYWHERE. Our neighbor lost his cat to them last summer. My best friend’s Mom has a cat and he’s only allowed outside if he’s got his harness, that’s attached to an aircraft cable leash and secured to a bolt in the wall, on to wander around the patio and basically flop in the sun. Who else here thinks CAts are solar powered? 😛

Okay the stuff that I got at Michaels is called “Abrasive Microfilm” and I smade by a Company called Mona Lisa. It comes in a little packet and really just looks like translucent paper but works for really fine stuff.
*Holdng Breath* Ther were 2 Package Claim slips at the house when I got home today! I can go get them tomorrow afternoon. *Crossing Fingers*
