Bumping this to answer Lokie’s question about the Pegasus size (I didn’t want to post a pic in Mimi’s PYO thread).

I took a pic of them together above.

The Pegasus and the unicorn are almost the same size. The Pegasus is chunkier in a way, a bit Clydesdale-like, whereas the unicorn is daintier. I find they display well together and complement each other nicely.

They display very well together, actually, they’re basically the same size.

Got my first Windstone in 1991, 3 more in the following 2 or 3 years, then nothing. In 2004, that changed… got my emerald emperor and a peacock one at Green Earth (they’re closed now, I think). Windstone´s website was a page with their phone number… LiveJournal was the thing! Then the forum was born, like Pegasi described.

I am still in contact with Greater Basilisk, actually. Met her in Switzerland in 2015 😀

And Skigod did drop in at one point, but I don’t believe we’ve heard from her in quite some time.

That’s the original emerald peacock, with his extra splash of purple. I have one with his mate and they’re stunning. No wonder he’s asking you to stay!

I received my PYO Swap yesterday and it’s a beauty! A lovely Griffin painted like a beautiful Painted Bunting bird. Well worth waiting for! A rainbow Fuzzy friend came along too.

Thank you so much to my Swap Buddy! It’s signed as ‘KU 23’ but I’m not sure who painted my Painted Bunting griffin. You did a wonderful job! I love it! 🥰

I like how the horn colour changes to match each scheme.
