How’s this going? I noticed the deadline closed yesterday. Are we still doing this? Haven’t received swapee info if it’s still active.
Still can’t get images to appear. Must be me.
What worked for me when posting pictures was to click the IMG button above the reply text box and paste the copied image link into the popup box (or whatever that’s called). Might work if you have’t tried that yet.
I know it’s redundant for me to say but…autumn leaf or something similar the serpentine OW test paint from storefront photo.
Whoo-hoo! Pebble dragons! So these little dragons will have smooth “catfish skin” instead of scales? Sounds cool.
Poo-doo! Had to miss out on the sandgrouse hearth too! Finances not in order right now. Now I’m not sure which color I like better. Please paint a few more sandgrouse hearths at some point. I like the paint detailing with this piece.
Oh my! She’s so pretty. I gotta have one…if I can ever save up enough. To echo Ela_Hara, I like the green and purple details. I don’t mind the blue eyes. She is indeed similar to the ruby color.
For those who bought one of these lovely carnelian hearth dragons… I’m curious to know how her color looks in person and how she compares to red fires.
More hearths will be painted in this color, yes? I could have sworn I read somewhere more would be painted in this color, but I can’t find where I read it. I’d love to have one these red beauties.
I can’t give you a definitive answer, but this dragon appears to be fake, which is not unheard of.
Real windstones have glass eyes, Swarovski forehead jewels, a felt pad or stamp on the bottom with the Windstone logo, and they’re made of gypsum. Some areas of this dragon look odd to me. His snout seems misshapen and there are areas where the the details of the scales and feathers are sloppy and chunky.
I advise you to contact Windstone for an official confirmation, because I could be mistaken.

Thanks again everyone, especially Melody for this beautiful piece. When I removed the top box insert I was so pleasantly stunned and happy with the colors and the green eyes…I love green eyes. My old dog was startled by my reaction. She started looking around for an intruder. Lol. Squeak for a green eyed production dragon!

I still don’t get those options when I right-click. What I had to do is right-click the image, copy, and then come to the forum, click the IMG button and paste the address into the box. I’ll have to resize these images before I post next time.
