Oh wow, that alligator keeper is amazing! I love natural reptile patterns applied to dragons. Makes ’em look that little bit more realistic. 🙂
September 9, 2011 at 4:40 am in reply to: Grab Bag Baby Unicorns have been restocked 8/30/11 10:40 a.m. #855898I work in a lab with only one computer, which I use for a very specific, non-internet/email purpose for about 5 minutes, so unfortunately email forwarding wouldn’t help me. 🙁
BUT when the main batch went up on Aug. 30, I snuck off to use that computer anyway. 😛 Alas, I was a few hours too late.
It seems I’ll just have to hope that when the grab bag young unis come out that the 1 per customer limit and larger batch size enables me to finally get one.
I’ve got a black large flap cat (paint scuffs) and flion (broken wing, chipped ear) for sale. There are pictures of them in my “Hoofers, wizards, griffins, and dragons” post in the Flea Market.
I’d be happy to make a deal with you for them, if you wanted. I can be flexible with the price.

I got one! 😀

I’m sure that everyone will get their grab bag babies eventually. It will just take some more patience for me.
September 8, 2011 at 3:16 am in reply to: Grab Bag Baby Unicorns have been restocked 8/30/11 10:40 a.m. #855731I’ve wanted to buy a grab bag baby unicorn but haven’t been able to snag one yet. On Aug. 30 they were stocked a mere 15 minutes after I had to leave for work (I had been stalking the store all morning up to that point), and I was at work when they were stocked today. 🙁
I really hope the grab bag young unicorns are stocked on a Friday or Saturday (my days off), or else I’ll start to feel cursed!
I’ve updated the main post with photos and prices.
I know exactly how you feel Briteblades; I’m 25 and I fell in love with Windstones as a little girl.
I only joined the forum 2 weeks ago. Back then I only had 3 Windstones, and I only joined because I wanted to trade my rainbow male dragon for something new. Now I check the forums multiple times a day and I have 19 Windstones with 3 more on the way! How does that even happen?!?! The Windstone addiction hits hard. 😉
As the Borg say, “Resistance is futile.” 🙂
Thanks for making this, Wolfen. It really is a nice resource to have, especially for those of us (like me) who were out of the Windstone loop for a while. But I have to ask, where is emerald peacock? No love for the blue-green dragons? 😛 I kid, of course. 🙂
Oh no! I have to leave for work in 5 minutes and they’re not in the store yet! 🙁 I hope they aren’t all sold out when I get home.
I’d really be happy to get any of them. And I’d be happy to trade, if I got one that someone really wanted.
*crosses fingers* Please, let them be in stock when I get home from work! :~
I keep checking the shop, thinking, “Are they there yet? Are they there yet?” I’m so excited. There are so many interesting colors and patterns. I hope I get a blue-black and white or an appy. 🙂
PM’d you!
PM’d you.
Yes, that’s the one. Although I see the date listed was Aug. 21, 2011, only a few days ago, not a couple months. Of course, it might have been listed before. Scenceable, you would know better than me, I’ve only just started looking in earnest for Windstones. 🙂
And to clarify to everyone else, yes they are located in Canada. Which is great if you live here too, since we’ve got no distributor up here in Ontario, but perhaps not so great if you’re in the States.
Sorry, but I am only interested in trading him for another Windstone, rather than selling him outright.
You might have better luck posting in the Flea Market section of the forums. They have a “Wanted to Buy” topic that you could post a list of the Windstones you are looking to buy.
