It was, most of my family is Scotch-Irish so they all came over and we had a party anyway since the beer was already bought and paid for.

The best part, the bride marched down the isle when she was suppose to and threw the flowers in his face and started beeting the crap out of him. I’m kind of sorry that I didn’t stick around. She broke of the wedding but not before getting on the microphone and telling everyone in the congregation how he had cheated on her, who it was with and the sick details of it. Then she proceeded to kiss the best man and run off with him instead. They are now very happy.

Congrats on your one year anniversary.

I have pretty much lost all of my respect for Disney. The only thing they have going for them anymore is the Narnia series and Pixar. They are not making their own stories, they are just making crappy sequals to the classics that go straight to dvd or staight to tv. Enchanted was just a combination of all their old movies because they are unable to think of anything different. Yes, they’ve made their living on the fairy tales and children’s stories and there is nothing wrong with that. Just write something new and exciting, with no connection to anything prior to what they have.

I’m just so sick of school, I was going to do summer school again but I dont’ think I can bring myself to do it. I think I’m just going to get a summer job and get healthy again. I’m tired of my illness kicking my butt. I’m taking action soon as I get better.

I was in a wedding a few months back, I was more so guilted into being the maid of honor. It was my cousin’s wedding and she has no friends and I was the only family member about the same age as she is that hasn’t been really mean to her. She is not a very nice person, very high maintenance. I’m not really nice to her as much as I’m just quiet, I don’t really want to put up with her. But anyway, I was guilted into it. The wedding was based on the 1400’s so of course the bride’s maids dresses were all corsites and difficult to move in. None of us could breath, the flower girl refused to get into her dress and she ran away and decided to hide in the bapistry, getting soak and wet. My cousin’s fiance’s father was a complete and total pig and hit on every single bride’s maid, including myself. Two of the bride’s maids passed out because they couldn’t breath.
by the time we finally found the flower girl she had been running around the church naked, having taken off her pull ups and tossed it in the middle of the isle. We got her in her dress and I managed to get her calmed down and in her dress, by convincing her it was a game. And while I was resesitating the two brides maids, the groom’s best man had confessed his feelings for the bride and told her that the groom had been cheating on her for the past five months and gave her evidence to support the accusation.
And at this point, I cut the strings on the dress and corset and put my t-shirt and jeans back on and went to the reception hall across the street, of which my dad was already there since he knew what was going on and we dipped into the alcohol.

All I want to do is elope. But Ryan wants the wedding, a small ceremony. And I guess I can pull something simple together. The more simple it is the less that can go wrong.

I’ve so much work to catch up on, I don’t even know where to start. Now that my sickness has infected the entire dorm and has circled back to me in the form of a stomach virus WHOOPIE! Lol, I’m just laughing about it at this point. Food just started to taste normal and now the thought of food just makes me nausious. Anyway, I’ve narrowed it down to reading for World Literature since I’m the most behind in that and I have that class tomorrow and two quizzes to finish. Also the paragraph for Creative Writing, and then just regular home work for Advanced Comp. & Grammar, of which I have that next so I’m praying he won’t assign much of which he doesn’t normaly, but you know he is because that’s how my luck is ^^’
Anyway, if you can believe, this isn’t the worst I’ve ever procrastinated. The worst was when I was taking Shakespeare’s Comedies course and I waited till the end of the semester to write the research papers for each play that we did. I was awake for three days straight finishing all of them. But I did get an “A” in the class.

Ryan likes the second one and the more we talk about it the more we like the second one. I like how Ryan’s there for all the decisions with me instead of just letting me handle everything.

I was talking to Dave, my Linguistics Teacher when he mentioned Bumble Berry Pie. I’ve never even seen a Bumble Berry. What is it, and where does it grow?

in reply to: Maximum Ride! #592051

The new Maximum Ride book is out! Thought I’d let all of you who enjoy the books know. I didn’t even know it came out till I walked into Books-A-Million the other day. Haven’t gotten around to reading it yet, but I’ll have time this weekend.

Ryan and I were at Target the other day and we found this movie. Its a cartoon with computer graphics in it. Ryan had read the books and got all excited but from the look of the case he know it was either going to completely awful, or great. Well as you can imagine from a straight to DVD movie, it was horrifically awful. But if you love to make fun of bad movies, this is definatly the one for you. We have come a long way in computer graphics and even the cheapest are pretty good. This movie was made in 2007 so you know that it wasn’t that old. It was as if the makers of the movie went to the CG artists and gave them what ever change they had in their pockets at the time. There were large parts missing, like when a bad guy got hit with a sword, there was no animation of him falling, he was standing and then he was all of a sudden on the ground. I’d never laughed so hard.

Lol, Ryan took me to the Eragon movie for my birthday about two years ago. I had introduced him to the series and we both love it. But we were so disappointed when we saw the movie. Ryan felt bad that it wasn’t good and that we had gone to see it. I laughed and said “oh well, lets movie hop to a better one! The theatre owes us now for the horribly bad movie.” I didn’t want him to feel bad about it.
I think they rushed the movie, they didn’t allow time for relationships between characters to get stronger and the basic character development was awful as well. After that I had sworn off movies made after book accept the Harry Potter series. But then I soon broke it and went to see Beowulf, which wasn’t bad although it only followed the book a quarter of the way through and then just made its own story from there. I think it captured Beowulf’s character and the Knordic culture.

Thanks, Ryan likes the second one as well. So the third one is ousted out of there. Things are getting better. I came back to my dorm room during my hour break to wake Ryan up and as soon as I laid next to him I conked out and missed my last class. I’ll send my teacher an e-mail about it, I’ve only made it to one of her classes this week. But I haven’t missed a lot before this so she knows I’m not a skipper.

I’m leading towards that one too. And thanks, we got engaged two years back when we were both still in college, we wanted to be in grad school before we got married so no rush. I changed my major three times but I found what I wanted to do. So we’ll be getting there soon.
I’m getting better, some days are better than others. I joined last year sometime and posted almost every day but when school started up again my posts got far and few in between. I feel bad about it too 😳 but after the day is done I’m pretty much useless 😛
I look forward to talking to you.

This semester is killing me -__-‘ as you can probably tell from my lack of being around the forum for a good while. I was pumped for spring break and then I got the flu, which turned into a upper respiratory infection, which turned into pneumonia. I’m better now, the pneumonia is gone but spring break when way to quick. I started out the new week of the second half of the semester alright but I feel like I’ve been hit by a wall. I should be able to sleep today for just a while before observation which I don’t know if I should go being this sick. Staying in sounds really good.
Anyway, this semester I’ve been taking a lot of credits to keep a scholarship that I have so that’s why its been hard to get around her to post lately. I hope everyone here is doing well. I started getting the plans together for the wedding. I still have two years but I don’t want to procrastinate or get there and have not game plan. I just want a simple wedding. I’m not one for big ceremonies or crouds for that matter. I was looking at pictures to put on the invitations the other day.

I’ve come up with these three, tell me what you think.
