Can never go wrong with a cast iron frying pan. 👿
Hard back books, chairs, curtains, leg of lamb or ham, glass bottles (well, nothing that could break on stage, but …)
Buckler (defense, boring but classic)
Hilarious thread. 😆
Man, I love all these answers! So many good ideas.
And thirteen children, yikes that’s epic! 😮
Very beautifully said.
Thought this might be fun…
By some random glitch of the universe, you are given the opportunity to host a dinner party for yourself, and three, (possibly four) historical figures.
The ground rules are these:
Your guests must be historical. They can’t be currently living or fictional.
For the duration of the dinner, language is no barrier.
There is no danger of physical violence to anyone, but jerks can still be jerks.
There is no danger of causing a time paradox, no matter what your guests learn.
You are responsible for preparing (or ordering) the dinner and seeing that your guests are comfortable. So high maintenance guests could be a real headache.
*******************************************
My three are:
Mary Anning: discovered many sealife fossils in the 1800’s
Georgia O Keefe: painted flowers and desert scenes through the 20th century.
Leonardo Da Vinci: Renaissance artist, inventor, etc, etc.
And if there’s room for a fourth:
I’d have Jesus bring the wine.
How about you guys? 🙂
Oh, he is handsome. Congrats! 🙂
Entering. I love her glowiness. If that’s a word.
@ Dragonmaster: He has some chips and rubs. The picture doesn’t show them well, but you can see a light spot on the left of his shell opening. I’ll eventually repair the little dude, but he still displays well. 🙂
@ mmloda, Kitsunelady: Thank you. The dog’s snout was the perfect perch. I couldn’t resist! Nor could the Fuzzies… 😆
@ Fritochick: Eeeek! Congrats! Pics, please? *whimpers and paws*

Excellent question, there’s been a lot of cool stuff popping up! I’d faint over a little run of Gargolinguses. But that’s me. 😳
Love the natural history of the Fuzzies! 😆 Getting tempted to squeak for a Fuzzy sculpt…
Don’t know if this is common knowledge or not. But if you gently stabilize a Fuzzy at their nose or tail with a finger, then gently stroke with another finger towards that end, they’ll arch their backs when petted. 😀
Very charming and sociable creatures, Fuzzies. And with none of that inconvenient rampant reproduction that so plagues Tribbles…
Those are absolutely precious! Curse my stupid budget…

rofl XD
Especially the ones that are scared of mice? hehe 😀Flying mice, so standing on a chair brings you in range! 😆
Well, I splurged. It’s such a unique piece, and it’s awesome how that little mutt’s grin is cartoonish, yet oh, so real.
And that it’s a limited edition signed piece (my first) and reasonably affordable is just icing on the cake. I’ll have to behave myself for several months now, but it’s very well worth it. 😆 *rolls around in glee*
(Hope this is the right place to post this. If not, my apologies.)
