That’s terrible!! Demand a full refund!! Every red cent! You paid for a perfect piece and you didn’t get it because of the seller was not careful enough! Hope you paid with a credit card should you need to get your money back that way.

My two cents: Get a 100% refund from the seller. And if I recall correctly, the PO won’t refund shipping cost regardless… Someone is going to be out some dollars and, well, since the seller messed up they need to be on the losing end. Maybe it will be incentive to be more careful in the future.
I’m amazed the horn is intact. I would have thought it would have been the first causality.
Production or limited production? I would love to see another production run (the only way I’ll ever be able to afford new pieces).
