The white list is people you can trade or buy Windstones from that have been honest and shipped the items without damage – double boxed / well packaged.

You forgot Grandio and Imperial Weapons! Imperial Weapons is great, the guy’s name is Clyde, and from what I understand, he runs the store and the site all by himself! Grandio shipped out the wrong dragon, but they did re-send the correct one, even at Christmas time, an he arrived on Dec 23! They weren’t too nice about it though, but they did do it! 🙂
