king fisher griffins

I’ve been trying to come up some kind of bright production color for the griffins. What do you think about this Kingfisher griffin? He is pale blue with shading of jade green on top , copper and gold and the underside, with black and white trim.

raffle prize for September 2013

Here is the September raffle prize. He is an Emperor dragon that started life as an Amethyst dragon and turned into a King Fisher-like dragon. He had small scuffs on his throat scales, so he got put on the seconds cart, but otherwise he is a perfectly fine dragon. If would like a chance to … Read more

grab bag, natural colored Uni colt class pic 9 2013

This picture isn’t as cute as the one Pam took for the store, but I was afraid to stand these all up together in a crowd, they might go over like dominoes! There are bigger pics on the Windstone Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=638288632877673&set=a.199530530086821.44550.182267461813128&type=1&theater

August raffle prize options

SO, the August raffle prize will be the winner’s choice of one of these two young Poads(tm). These are two “grab bag” edition young poads that were slightly under-poured when they were cast, so that their feet are a little bit small. Foot size makes no difference to a poad… I mean, who cares? If … Read more

The Derpy Griff-itty

This is a kitty-griffin. This guy appeared when a little flapcat fell and broke off his nose. I sculpted a beak onto him. He looked so cute that way I continued to turn him into a little kitty griffin. Kitty-griffins have cat paws instead of eagle feet. Although this guy resembles the little bird winged … Read more

May 2013 raffle

Here is my clutter of Poads(tm) again, minus the two that the winner of the first “clutter raffle” was deciding between. The lucky winner of the first clutter raffle is Dianne Elliott, who reads “The Veligent” on the Deviant art website. She described it as “cheesecake for the eyeballs”. That made me lol. (The poads … Read more

tiny kirin

I found this photo of a tiny tiny kirin I made. We never produced him .He was intended for a pewter line we never made. This kirin is about 1/2 inch tall, about as big as my finger tip. He’s really dinky! I couldn’t get the camera to focus on his face perfectly, so his … Read more

Sloat

This is a quick sculpture of a sloat. What is a sloat… I don’t know. They do resemble tapirs, but are shorter, bulkier, dumber, meaner, and have long prehensile tails. Sloats are creatures from “the Veligent”. http://www.windstoneeditions.com/veligent-page-64

Poad tm egg
