I just called it in to eBay, but I think I was too late; it looks like someone bought it while we were talking. They will get their money back from eBay though.
I talked to eBay a few minutes ago, and they pulled the listing. I wasn’t sure they would do it since it wasn’t my listing, but they did.
This is my last one. He is in picture 3, first one in the top row. He has a bright teal head and all the colors I normally love. He is a beauty, but I just can’t get into this sculpt, so he is for sale. PM me if interested in giving him a new home.
I HATE posting pictures. After this latest trial, I need to rest up before attempting to post pictures of my final grab.
This one was hard to find. I was looking for a bright purple face, but the Blog picture was so washed out that he looks pale lavender. He is in picture 3, center row, first one on the left. He will be for sale or possible trade for a Koi.
Love the brilliance of them all. Can you imagine how awesome the young unicorns will be in these colors?
Did I miss something? Do you mean “will be” as in Young Unis ARE coming? Or do you mean “will be” as in IF they would be done in these colors?
I also have a UPS delivery slated for Monday. Like Setsunawolf, I am not happy about the wait. Tracking shows it arrived here yesterday at midnight, so it seems like it should be delivered today.
Anyway, cheer up those of you waiting for a favorite. I have two Wilds coming and don’t plan on keeping either; I am not in love with this sculpt.
Also, for those waiting for a USPS package, another member reminded me that Monday is a holiday for them; no delivery.
Here is mine. His colors are pretty, but his overall look is too light for me. If he appeals to you, PM me. I would prefer to sell him, but I would look at a trade from any of the three groups of Oris.
I think my absolute favorite is in the Wild batch – the black-base mahogany and “natural” colors and gray(?) eyes – but I don’t really like those odds. XP He’d look amazing in a grouping with some fossils and rocks I have, though.
I am rather surprised to say that is my favorite too. I always go for the bright colors, but I am not crazy about all the white on most of these “wild” ones. Oh well, I have a one in about 60 chance.
Amy, I saw your post saying your post kept disappearing, and sure enough it did. Unless someone else can reply here and help you, I would suggest emailing Clay to help you out.
