Squee. XD That means only one more of mine has yet to find its way home~
Sorry for the delay, but I got it! I love the whole landscape feel you gave this little card. Thanks so much!
A Labradorite griffin chick. Either sitting or crouching. I may have to make payments depending on the price. I also have many things that I could offer to trade that I wouldn’t normally trade. If anyone has one they’re thinking of selling, please keep me in mind.
i think i have almost everyone’s cards that asked me for my address. just waiting for one more. i LOVE all the cards i’ve seen so far!!!! i can’t wait to post them, but i’m going to wait until i can do it all at the same time. then i will send them out the next day.
by the way, THANK YOU so much for those that sent postage along with your cards. much appreciated 🙂
Oh geez! I’m really sorry! I was in such a rush to send it out because I was late that I forgot…
Hopefully I’ll have it more together next time. Again, I’m sorry.
I was just contemplating doin g”snow” kirins.. pearl with pale blue scales and blue eyes. I have had an all-white kirin sitting on my desk since we first made them; I always wanted to make white ones. Pink eyes would be awesome.
I should make the entire line in albino!
I hope to make the Lion Kirin soon. He will be pure white. The lion kirin is almost ready? I can’t wait to see him!
Does anyone else see a list of what appear to be Windstone retailers at the bottom of the screen before you can get down to the page tabs?
As long as Windstone’s feedback lists the winners, people will be able to figure out who a bidder is provided they have won a Windstone auction before. You simply look at the scrambled name, take the feedback score, star color, and available letters then look at Windstone’s feedback and match it up to someone. Making your feedback private will make you stand out especially well using this method. If Windstone could make the auctions privite (I don’t know how to do it, but I’ve seen other sellers do it.), then you might be able to help.
I had never thought to do this until one of my friends told me she had the problem being discussed here. She would win an auction and immediately get messages asking her to sell what she had won before it was even shipped to her. She told me exactly how they were doing it. The only advice I could give to her was to either ignore them and delete their messages or tell them flat out that she is not interested in selling no matter what. The sad thing is that some people have bugged her so much that she did break down and sell.
I’m lucky though. So far, no one’s contacted me about selling anything, but I also hardly post pictures of anything I’ve won.
daydreamer, can I get your address? I tried PMing you, but haven’t gotten a response yet. I’ll send mine out as soon as I get it. Thank you!
I have a link to Watergazer’s livejournal. She changed her name which is why it’s difficult to find. I don’t want to go into details, but due to its content, I shouldn’t post it. I’ll PM you with it.
Also, my friend had success in reaching Kyrin through Facebook, so you could try there.
I love the turquoise color on the orientals, but from the looks of it, I believe that it would need more highlights on the larger dragon sculpts. I don’t think some darker blue shading would hurt. I’ve been waiting for awhile for a blue production color.
However, I am not too fond of pink or fledglings. I know a lot of people are however, so I’m sure they’ll sell well as a LP.
My absolute favorite is my Labradorite Mother Griffin by Jennifer Miller. I hope to someday get one of the Labradorite griffin chicks to go with her if anyone ever sells one.
My other total favorites are as follows:
Maltese Tiger Griffin PYO by Bayoudragon
Blue Jay/Maltese Tiger Griffin by Watergazer
Savannah Mother Griffin and Sitting Chick
Peacock Oriental Sun Dragon
Twilight Mother Coiled Dragon
BEP Prototype Old Warrior
Pink Eyed Albino Male GriffinWow, I really hope all your packages arrive to their destinations. It would make me nervous too.
I’ve looked into UPS for shipping internationally (post office lines and wait times have gotten painfully long), but unfortunately, it looks like they want to charge obscene amounts to do it. What would normally cost about $20.00 to ship via USPS apparently will cost around $200.00 to ship UPS. No one’s going to pay that…
My collections:
Enchantica/Dragonsite dragons
Foo Dogs
NetsukeCome to think of it, I do have a rather large collection of stuffed animals and beanie babies, but I don’t really collect them too much anymore.
June 18, 2011 at 3:01 am in reply to: Grab Bag Young Directory (formerly “Musical Unicorns”) #848555So…err…I was bored. Some of the unlabelled ones I KNOW I’ve seen but can’t name. I know Caper was from the first batch but couldn’t find him in there, and a lot of the appaloosas and bay pintos look too similar for me to tell apart. Some of the bays at the back might even be appaloosas like Adagio but I can’t tell. Anyway, this was fun.
The last black and white one that you have a red question mark over is called Alistair. It’s the one I got from the first batch. I haven’t put up any pictures yet, but I’ll try to get around to it this weekend.
