I hope someone got lots of nice screenshots to share because the recording failed for some reason. Sorry.
I missed this too! Any chance you could repeat it? If we had more than a few hours notice (even one day would be great!) I’m sure you would get a much bigger attendance! I’m really kicking myself for missing it and I have no life. Think how hard it is to catch the livestreams if one is a participating member of society….
But, seriously BipolarBear, thank you for whatever you can manage – the livestream is a hoot and really stirs the anticipation for the new grab bags. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I have to learn how to post pictures on the forum! :~
Hannah has an excellent tutorial on photos,m mlinks, etc for the forum at
http://www.deadbunny.org/html.html
I’ve saved that URL to my favorites list and use it often (I am NOT computer savy!) Your photos have to be saved somewhere on the Internet to be posted in the forum (I use flickr, which is free)
good luck 🙂
It is pure luck. I joined in January 2013 and entered every month. I won in November 2013!! (YEAH!)
How are the fennecs being painted now? I think I would miss the feeling of a pebble in my hand but as I can’t seem to get any more pebble animals (I keep getting outbid) (I have two fennecs) I’d be happy to get them anyway I can. Don’t worry about the castings of the current fennecs – I predict that even with a goof up status they will sell out in record time. Any color, with or without sparkle paint would be great!
I too would really like to purchase the pebble animals but the prices on ebay are out of my range. Good luck to those who can bid!
Did he win? I’ve been sick all day and not following the news….
April 21st was my b-day, so I’m curious to see what this month’s raffle will look like. 🙂 Even if I don’t enter, I still like seeing them!
Really? April 21st was my birthday too! And although I can’t enter the raffle, I’m looking forward to seeing the prize – he sounds lovely.
Not a problem, Bipolar Bear. 3 pm was a little early for me anyway (plus I forgot – sor-r-r-y-y-y-y)
Oh, John, that’s BAD!!!! :p
My first Windstone was an old green mother dragon (purchased in the mid 80’s). She spent the last thirty years out on a side table in my bedroom but when I discovered that there were people who could do repairs, I sent her out. Now, she sits, like new, in my curio cabinet with a lot of baby dragons 🙂 😉
IF you look a few titles below your inquiry (in ASK Melody) you’ll find a thread titled “colored prints” It covers the most recent information about Melody’s prints. Good luck! 🙂
I don’t know how to post pics on here yet, quote]
One of our forum’s members, Hannah, created a section called “Helpful HTML Tips” on her website that tells how to post photos, links, etc on this forum. Here is a link to her tutorial:
Hope this helps – I have it bookmarked as a favorite site right below Windstone Editions Store (I am almost illiterate when it comes to computers) LOL!
For some reason, I did not get a notification in my e-mail. I have signed up for the anouncements. 🙂
I swear that I’ve seen a mated pair that look incredibly similar to the violet backed starling in my backyard all last summer, but I know it couldn’t have been this kind of bird since it lives somewhere in Africa, but boy were they pretty!
They might have been the same birds. One year I had a pair of red cheeked courdon bleu finches that haunted my bird feeder for the whole spring and summer. They were obviously escapees since they are native to Hawaii
Thanks for mentioning this – for some reason I did not get notified. AGGGGHHHH!
