I have a Nook but one of the e-ink black and white versions. I thought the color screens were cool but, I didn’t want an LCD screen I wanted to stay true to the look of a paper page and not stare at something lit up for some second of my life since I work on a computer all day already. I admittedly use it mostly for travel as I still love my books. I could see reading more books on it as more becomes available, but currently I find that when reading many series there will be some books available in e-format, but some that are not. It was a totally good investment since I can share books with my mom who lives far away something that is a bit more challenging to do if you have to ship books back and forth. I will always love real books though. I love the texture of the pages and the smell of ink and bindings. I even love old books that smell of dusty shelves. I pick up used books and think what a life this book has had. How many other people have read this very book, fallen asleep with it in hand, treasured it as a gift or a fond memory? There is a sort of connection in that that no digital format can ever have.

I have to agree with everyone. I too would love to see some more pink or lavendar dragons. I adore my pink lap and paid a pretty penny to get her and she was worth it. Honestly, I think she is my favorite. ๐Ÿ˜€ So yes more!!

How fun! I love coming up with names. Our silver tabby kitten that we lost was named Merlin, but we often called him Merlinski. However, that led to me trying to put “ski” on the end of all our pets names which just really doesn’t work with Seraphina. I once knew a rescue cat named Puppy somehow it oddly fit. I tend to delve into a story and think of all the names from it hence why my tuxedo cat Nikodemus is named from the story The Secret of Nimh. You can go through a ton looking at Arthurian legends, names of Gaelic, Greek, or Roman Gods/Goddesses/heros. Granted some of those get to be a bit much, but there are the short and sweet ones like Thor. 8)

Yay! Nice to know there are so many others enjoying that game and I am totally counting down the months till Dragon Age 2 comes out in March! ๐Ÿ˜€ I finished Awakenings today. The only add-on I haven’t played is witch hunt. However, now that I know it is possible to become the Queen of Fereldon with Alistair I must play through as a human noble woman so that option is available. Alistair is my perfect game lover. Haha! And ironically as cold and calculating as Morrigan is, I like her too. She is such a sneaky witch thief. XD My first run through was as an city elf. I have yet to try being a dwarf. Admittedly, I have one of the collectors grey warden letter opener swords. It sits next to a young gold windstone dragon on my desk at work. Looks perfect together ๐Ÿ˜ˆ I am such a nerd. 8)

I was just curious if anyone other then I spends time collecting beautiful Windstone dragons and then an equal amount of time slaying them in Dragon age? Now admittedly I have never thought myself a gamer in anyway. I just roll my eyes at the boys…but this game I am one hundred percent addicted too. I have considering buying another gaming console just so I could play it all I want without hearing the boys complain about me hogging the PS3 in the living room. I have already gone through it once and stayed up till 5 am to complete one run through. My fiancee staggered out at 3 am and was like “Are you coming to bed?” and I was like “shhh not right now! I am fighting a dragon.” Usually he is the one up to the wee morning hours so it was kind of a humorous role reversal. And yes I had a long victory dance in the living room as the credits rolled all by myself…well and my cat Nikodemus staring at me with that look of silly silly human. I admit I am a little obsessed. So anyone? Yes? No? ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I know what you mean about the tongue and cheek. I like it ๐Ÿ˜€ and sometimes not having all the suffering and tragedy that most of the characters in my usual fare endure is bit of a nice respite. They are simple stories, but I have found they are good ones to read out-loud. My brother and I read a ton of fantasy, but most of the time we read separately however once in a while we will pick a lighter series to read together. That one was in several parts makes us both laugh out-loud and end up on crazy tangents. ๐Ÿ˜†
