I’m too picky for this kind of grab bag! I need one that has a colour I like, AND a betta on it..!

Squeaking for the “Plum” test paint to become a regular production colour!!
I love it on every single sculpt I’ve seen it on. Dragons, the Ki-rin family, Unicorn… I think it was even on a Poad, though I could be mistaking that one for Umbral Opal.
I think it is particularly lovely on the dragons. (The recent eBay Mother Dragon was to DIE for…!)
So cute! I’m glad you’ve found homes for all the bebies! It makes me so happy to hear good news like that. 🙂
And on a side note, that is one neat looking black squirrel. We only having boring brown squirrels here in Georgia. Well, let me amend that. MOSTLY boring brown squirrels. On the rare, rare occasion you can occasionally spot a big silvery gray squirrel. Though I’ve only seen them once or twice in all the years I’ve lived here.
Last spring I spotted a black squirrel here (Maryland). At first I thought he was a small black cat. He must have been a rare color phase of some kind as the squirrels around here are grey brown. This guy was missing about half his tail which I attribute to a narrow escape. He didn’t match the tree bark as well as the normal squirrels.
I saw a squirrel without a tail the other day…! My husband and I watched it for a full five minutes trying to get closer to decide if it was some strange rodent or what. Turns out they look a LOT like oversized mice without those tails :p
I’m so in love with these kittens and their story 🙂 And the momma is so precious. Is her name officially Cookie now?
Just thought I would mention this here:
I don’t have my grab bag yet, but you should be able to see why I’m interested in trading for or buying this one 😉 If you look closely you can even see the matching spot on his side! He’s a lot bigger now, but I adopted him years back, and he still lives with my parents.
If the owner doesn’t want to give it up I understand for sure <3 But I needed to say something, hehe.
Also on my wishlist are:
– Anything close enough to completely grey (for my baby who passed about a month back)
– "Tuxedo" Black and White, or Black and OrangeI'm so excited for my GB cat to show up, too!
If you happen to have a Micheals it should be there – Otherwise I can send it, no problem. Just let me know!
It’s enamel based… at least, is says “enamel” right on the bottle so I’m guessing that’s what you meant, haha.
Oh no! I’m guessing this was the one I sold you on eBay – I was sure he was fine going in! I looked him all over before I sent him. I admit I’d never shipped an Emp before though. Does bubble wrap cause that sort of thing??
If you want, I can mail you the paint I used to colour match his flea bites when he first came to me. 🙂 It’s Testors brand, metallic “Emerald” green.
It looks like there are some grey cats in this batch. Maybe you’ll be lucky and get one!
I hope so! It looked like none were flat grey, all of them seemed to have some kind of white markings. But maybe I missed one!
I remember seeing Windstones in a store called Green Earth (which sadly no longer sells them), when I was… maybe 15? Younger? I specifically remember the hatchers, and the Orientals.
I had forgotten all about them until my friend (also here on the forum, Kitsunesparkles) showed me her Red Fire mother!
That was just months ago. I’m 26!
I might have a problem now, as I can be a compulsive buyer sometimes, haha. :p
I was going to do some pure white ones and some solid black ones but I thought that if anyone got one without some kind of markings they would feel cheated! If you want them, I can do solid white and solid black as a batch by themselves. !

Can I add a suggestion – Maybe some other common solid colours as well? Like grey..?
Ahhh! I was gone for only one night – To my dismay they were of course listed last night after having been waiting so long.
I SNAGGED THE VERY LAST ONE. I can’t believe my luck, I think I’m going to have a heart attack!
Or do it like the foxes with a grab bag batch plus some regular colours although I missed the grab bags so would prefer more of a variety of limited production colours if it’s possible to do say 10 each of all the popular cat colours and styles.
Pam will need to be bribed with chocolate…
I will absolutely help start a “Bride Pam With Chocolate” fund if people are interested 😉
Kim, that’s not a half bad idea 🙂 I also missed the special foxes and wouldn’t like to miss out on the cats. Alternatively one could make “grey grab bag cats” and “sparkle grab bag cats” etc, so that people could still get their colors but also have a special piece.
I really like this idea!
