As the last swap was my very first one, I did not know if it was the same person who organized them every time or if it was a particular group of individuals working together. I’m sorry if I instigated any drama in the way I phrased my question.
So, let me ask a different question instead. Who would like to organize the swap? I understand if dragonmedley organized it, that the formula would be an alternation between theme and no theme. The last one was themed so this one would be no theme. And if zloy720 organizes it, it would likely have a theme (‘May day’/spring).
When the decision is made I’ll decide what to do. I would honestly prefer no theme (but that’s the decision of the organizer). Because the person you paint for is able to have a larger field to choose from in paint schemes. But I understand having a theme can inspire ideas too.

Unfortunately, Nebula is not for sale (though it is incredibly flattering you think she’s worth a purchase, I’m squeeing and absolutely thrilled!). She is a personal piece I did for me. I have one more sculpt that I want to do for myself (Foo Mom) before I paint pieces that I’ll be willing to part with. Hopefully those sculpts will turn out to be just as nice (or hopefully better!).

She is inspired by the Trifid Nebula, which contains a formation known as ‘The Unicorn’. 😉 She is painted in acrylics with Pearl EX powders and Spaz Stix color change paint as accents. Lacquered in gloss. The mane and tail also contain many Amethyst AB swarovski crystals.

Or only as a completed piece? All personal preference but I know I’m looking forward to taking a boo at it.Actually it’s funny you mention stages. One of my friends wanted me to take progress pictures of the unicorn as I painted her so every time I completed a stage I took a cell phone pic and sent them to her. I still have all the pictures (rough cell pics, but hey) so is that something that would be interesting?
As for light tent pics, they would all have to be of the completed project. I’ll put up completed project pictures without and with the use of a light tent. Without first of course (because my light tent isn’t finished yet, lol).

I’m in the process of building a small light tent for taking pyo sculpture photos. Was wondering if I should wait until I finish to take pics of the uni or if I should just go ahead and post pics without the light tent?
