I realize there would be an extra cost. I realize there would be a variation in stones. So even if it was a run of 20-25 or fewer, I would still have a chance. I just can’t afford the Ebay pieces right now and I thought the Curlies and the Orientals looked awesome with the different stones. 🙂

Well, that’s too bad that you can’t color the gypsum before casting. I do like the stick idea and filling the hole with a pewter logo or maybe even a pebble. 🙂

Is it possible to dye the mineral stone before casting?

The reason I ask is because the resin casters in my other hobby dye the resin and release them without any other painting or such. For example:

Never fear Flora flew in this morning! Thank you for my rainbow colored dragon. The DBF said she’s perfect for Easter. 🙂 I love how subtly she’s blended and the gold accents. And when the sun came out later, how she glows and sparkles. Oh! And she came with a pegasus xing sign. I realize I didn’t get a good picture of the pendant. It is pastel like the keeper.

The last time I had a package arriving from UPS, there was no tracking for 5 days. Bur it did show up on its expected date. Frustrating, to say the least.
