I didn’t see it on your list but have you guys seen Fushigi Yugi? It’s one of my favorites, I will try to sum it up if you guys haven’t seen that one. Another series I didn’t see listed is Blue Seed. Just a couple of suggestions 🙂
If they are going to make a movie of a Peter S. Beagle story, I think I would rather see Tamsin or The Folk of the Air than The Last Unicorn. Opinions, anyone?
I have always wanted them to make some of the pern books into movies, especially since they have the tech to make them look good now! There are tons of fantasy books out there that are wonderful and would make awesome movies/series. At least it would be new, the remakes (though sometimes they are done very well) get a little old. I vote for truely new movies!
Game of thrones has been done well so far I think, but I have not read the books that it is based on. I was thinking about getting them since I have enjoyed the series so far.
Glad you guys like it  Added a small painting I did earlier this year. The original is 8×10 on the foxes.
Sounds cute! Will be neat to see pics when you get your camera. Have you tried fake sheepskins for fur? I know some companies sell them in various colors. Might be a bit much fur at once though 🙂
Nice to meet you too . I love to ssew things . Working on furry bats . I hand make them . They are cute fantasy bats . I make them out of long fake fur .
Being creative is one of my faverite things to do . Unless a fan is on and fur goes every where like today . No fun dusting after that .
Have fun here .Furry bats?? Do you have pictures, I keep picturing a dust bunny with wings  That would be kinda cute though lol.
I usually work from various photos, usually multiple ones for one piece. The original is 18″ by 24″ so he is pretty big. This one probably took around 40 hours or so. Some of the big pencil pieces I do take over 100 hours. I have been thinking about trying to sell prints but haven’t had much luck finding a good place to get them made. They need to be pretty high quality in order to pick up the subtle variations in pencil shading.
If I only had the money! :(( the oreintals and blue fawn kirins are amazing!
I have used the decocolor pens on glass quite a bit but I don’t like to use them for anything detailed, they dry quickly (on glass anyway) and I use them to personalize the christmas ornaments I paint. I have used them once or twice on fired clay with no problem and on porcelian, but never gypsum. I would not suggest doing more than little bits on the PYO’s with them I think, even if they don’t damage them. That is just my personal opinion though. I have never used the marvey pens so can’t offer an opinion one way or the other there. :~ Hope that helps a little.
Jan 2, If my ma had pushed a little quicker I’d be a new years baby
I second the anime watching. They crack me up! I also love to eat and cook thai food….mmmmmm. Playing the occasional video game is also fun, though I don’t play them often.
I hope to order a keeper or two to paint soon, and will paint one up to match for sure! I have a phoenix to do next, and a couple of more small dragons. The little dragons I will probably offer for sale when I am done, I have a couple of new color schemes in mind. My husband doesn’t think I will be able to sell them because I love windstone stuff so much, but he doesn’t realize if I sell them I can get more to paint! 😉

*kow tows* love your work! Thanks for giving me dragons, griffins and unicorns to cover my shelves! Don’t know what I would collect without them, can’t imagine a prettier piece of art to have in their place. Hope you enjoy making them as much as I enjoy having them. You are the absolute best
Major droolage J) Melody is so nice to her fan club!
Looking good! Sounds like you have the problems with rain that I usually do (though we have had two sunny days here *faint*)
