Mkay, got advice from Pyewacket….lets just says she has experience in these things…
Call the police department that the cop you dealt with works at/from. Ask to speak to his sergeant of the police officer. Explain what happened, and that the cop neglected to do his duty, and upon releasing him at the end of the parking lot, created a personal stalker against you. One, the crazy guy should have been arrested because he was caught in possession of stolen property; credit cards, had committed an attempted fraud by trying to use said credit cards at Target across the road (which has witnesses). Tell the sergeant that because he was released, he has now become a stalker, he has called her numerous times, stolen business cards off of her desk. Since he stole things out of her purse, he now knows where she lives, and that he called her at her desk in an attempt to get personal information, impersonating a police officer.
You want a Desk Report made of the entire incident, and that he was released without charges being filed, and you want to know WHY charges were not filed. Do not become emotional, do not become threatening, ask about the incident, act vulnerable and confused, and why nothing was done about this incident, and perhaps her supervisor(boss) should get in touch with the cop and finish the report. If at this point, the cop tries to blow you off, since the suspect came back into the store where you work looking for you, tell him that you are fearful, and that maybe you should contact the local newscast and relate the information to them about this suspect to alert other possible victims and other stores of his methods.
You can press charges against the guy, but you should also let the sergeant of the cop know, that because this guy wasn’t brought up on charges from your incident, the auto burglary, theft of the purse, and property damage to the vehicle happened was something that could have been avoided if the possession of stolen property charges had been brought against the guy in the first place. Thus more paperwork.
Contact the gal who had her car broken into, etc. and perhaps she should also make an incident report about this suspect was loose an able to break into her vehicle.
ALSO! Make sure you get the name of every officer you talk with, bring a notebook and friend when you go to speak with the sergeant. (the notes make it easier to tell the news people) Ask him/her to spell the name for you, just to make sure you spell it right, and make sure you do this BEFORE you mention newspapers(newspapers are not good for cops, it’s like their bane)

Please, be safe, and stay level headed. When the guy smashed his face in the window and licked and drooled, it was an intimidation tactic. A tactic. This guy has had previous incidents with the law, and is probably an experience con.

I’d seriously talk to the cops often. Take notes of when you get hang up callse, sign+date them. They are legal documents that can be used in court. Talk with your boss, about working at another store idea. I think pressing charges would be a good idea, mainly because he is stalking/harassing you and risking your saftey. He needs to have a watch dog on him, because obviouly he’s a danger to everyone around him. Possibly talk to your boss and the cop that worked your case about posting a police gaurd at the store when you’re there. If he’s that crazy, he’ll focus on you, because you were the one who caught him.
*hugs* take care. call your boyfriend when you go to work and leave. calls leave digital footprints, so if anything happens, your boyfriend, family, and cops can find you.

He was on your computer…he could know the sites you visit most often…email…anything on that computer too. Talk to your boss about having homedepot press charges for endangering their employees and for hacking their computer.

I used to have a few MLPs..would love to get them again. I had a little yellow baby and pink baby. My sister has always wanted me to find this one greenish unicorn with jewel eyes. I remember her being in one of the movies too…(if you know which I’m talking about, link me please)
Also a show called The jewel riders. I had the unicorn and my sister had the pegasus. I now have the dvd of the episodes they did, but haven’t found the toys.
Also, Sonic and friends! I had a few comics and loved the show. ;_; I hope to one day buy the dad collection too.
Teddy Rubskin o_o I hated that thing…..I would bet it up and put it in the closet…it stared at me -all- the time.
I also want my old Jurasic Park Raptor back. You squezed his legs and his neck moved and mouth opened. *sigh* I would take him to school, play between the pine trees’ roots with my friend, and feed him chips during lunch…*sigh*
