Me too…he he he…
I mean, would you pick this over a Secret Keeper??
You are right! It sold for $1376.13 and here’s the description:
“Gargoyle Hoping for Raspberry Teacakes”. Produced by Lillyput Lane Land of Legend in 1989, this piece is in perfect condition with no damage or repairs, and has the bottom sticker still in place. The piece is signed by the artist, Real Musgrave, although the signature is rather faint.. The original box, which is rather tattered, is included along with the original advertising inserts.”
Ahhh…I’d always wondered what the motivation was behind doing that…I mean, I could understand if they did it on auctions for sex toys or something…
Arlla wrote:Huh…I was just looking at the auctions, and the high bidder for every single one has their ID kept private…herm…..
I think the auction is set up that way, so that the ID of everyone who bids is kept private…
Arlla wrote:Oh my god, this kid will not stop…I have just been reviled with his (or her) accomplishments at beating all three kingdom hearts games…peppered with insulting jibes at me of course. Is there any way I can block this person?? Or report them??
I think you can. Here’s some info here.
I guess you get all kinds. 🙄 I think your ponies are really cute!

But I see it the other way – since there are already Emerald dragons and Peacock dragons, wouldn’t it just be confusing to have new EmeraldPeacock dragons too??…
That’s true too…hmmm…
Arlla wrote:I vote for Aquamarine so far……
That’s my favorite too, if it were to get a new name.
Arlla wrote:My fiance suggests “Viridian.” Might be a little too fancy, though…
That’s actually a really good name, but I think a lot of people might not know what it means…I had to look it up… 🙂

Well, if I remember correctly, you mentioned that you had bought these using a credit card, so you’re covered. If Paypal doesn’t come through, you can still file a dispute with the credit card company (its free, and you can file within 2 months after the end of the billing cycle in which you bought the pieces), and in this situation I’m pretty sure they would rule in your favor.

I do not think it sounds all that great either. Maybe Aquamarine or just Aqua
Haha! I suggested aquamarine back on page 1 of this thread! 😛

This is kind of nasty but I think you’ll get your money back. One of the occasional unfortunate things about buying on Ebay…
November 15, 2006 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Im curious what was your best and worst Windstone buy? #509093My worst are the Windstones that I got a few months ago which were supposed to be “like new” but actually had many chips and stains — had to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with the credit card company but at least I got my money back.
My best was the eye shut grey tabby that I got for $515!

Aquamarine.
Melody wrote:dragonmedley wrote:Are you going to keep on calling it hybrid emerald-peacock or are you going to find a single-word name, like all the other color – except for Black & Gold?
I call them MP’s.
What does MP stand for?
SilverArrow wrote:It looks like the green and blues you see in pictures of earth from above.
That’s what it reminds me of too…the blue green of the sea. How about aquamarine?
Don’t worry about it — you did the right thing. And they can resolve the dispute at any time by being cooperative.
