Another newly-finished PYO!
This is Foil Candyfloss! (candyfloss is the name for cotton candy in the UK and other countries)
She’s a commissioned piece that is currently waiting around for the varnish to completely dry before she gets packed up and sent to her new owner. Also, does anybody else tend to end up with angry-looking PYO unis?
Thank you very much!:)
Not a great picture, but still a peek at my newest WIP
and the rabbit of Caerbannog apparently. It’s going to be a space-themed dragon. The belly scales are painted with black and the Dragonfly topcoat (if you’re interested in seeing a better pic of the Dragonfly paint it’s also on Hologram’s belly scales a page or two back).
This fella’s going to be relatively elaborate… I want to use a lot of my more interesting paints on him.The gold one’s really nice. Does it have a name?
June 8, 2020 at 5:47 pm in reply to: So, what’s next on the schedule? (Part 4 NEW for 2020) #1611659Ocean’s Flame looks really good on the Oriental, pegasus, and Ki-rins.
Oh, I didn’t know they had horn issues! I thought they were just difficult to clean so they weren’t produced much.
I’d honestly be content if the PYO Oriental was restocked and I was able to get one (or two) before it sold out again. I keep coming up with ideas for it
as I neglect all my older PYOS.Another one I’d like is a Pastel Rainbow and/or Black Violet Peacock Lap Dragon. Just gotta wait patiently until they’re restocked.
Test paints are completely impulsive and I always have to ask myself if it matches my current collection, what my price limit is, and if I’m willing to be its forever home.
Thank you? It’s hard for me to reply to such comments.
And maybe not the best transition, but I do want to say that I’m available for commissions of Windstone PYOs and the smaller plastic resin figures from my other art thread. Price varies based on the price of the figure and complexity of the paint job. If you’re interested feel free to send me a message about it.
Thank you Angelika_Zen and pipsxlch.:)
The metallic green paint is great; it has a very nice coppery flash which was a big reason why I bought it.
Thank you! It was a nice little thing to paint.
Wow, the non-dragons are wearing the Masquerade color so well. Kind of interesting to me when a color that is ok on one series of sculpts ends up looking amazing on a different series. Black magic was one of the ones I remember like that… didn’t wow me on the dragons but I loved it on the Ki-rins.
