I have to admit I’m more than a bit frustrated. I had one in my cart, managed to get to PayPal twice despite the website crashing constantly, and hit the buy button only for it not to go through. The timer eventually expired, and I was never able to get another one in my cart. 5 hours for nothing…
I take it you did not get any confirmation from PayPal that your payment went through? That’s what I got, although I never got anything on the payment page at Windstone.

I got 1. It timed out twice, I spent an hour refreshing and watching the wheel go around…but finally! And I remembered to ask for a fuzzy. Yay!
It took me about an hour also. First it took forever to get on, then each time I thought I put one in my cart it timed out, then I finally got one in my cart but couldn’t get to my cart to pay, then I finally got to my cart but couldn’t get to the check out page, then I got to the check out page but it wouldn’t let me pay, then I was able to click on PayPal and (several times) get through paying there, only to get back and have a timed out notice. I still don’t know that I got one, no proof from Windstone yet, but PayPal says I paid for one.
There’s got to be a better way to do this.

Ivory Moss Sitting Young Oriental Dragon Test Paint #2 by Gina
This is listed on eBay as test paint #1 in this color and sculpt, but is marked (correctly) as #2. The title on the eBay listing should be corrected.

I won’t get the one I bought until Friday (at the earliest), so I’m not sure. My comment was based on the pictures, but you’re right, several production colors are pretty complicated too. I’d be happy if it became a standard color, but I’d really prefer something more in sapphire, less black.

Looks like you got a handle on the process very quickly. These are delightful! I particularly like the cats, of course, but the little piglets are charming.

Adding to my squeak for a Store version of Moonstone: please, please let us also have a Store version of Onyx Moonstone? I can’t even tell which I like better, so obviously the answer is that I need both! I tried for the OM Lap but was significantly outbid, so it seems like it would be a popular Store option…
Still squeaking for a true Sapphire production color, and a and true Black production color that isn’t a “hybrid” (Black Gold, Black Peacock) someday, too. <3
I love the idea of a true sapphire production color; I’m all about the blues. I wasn’t sure about the Onyx Moonstone when I saw the group picture, but the closeups on eBay are amazing. The blue “antiquing” is stunning. It may be too complicated for a production color, however.

I normally don’t like red eyes on the dragons, but I actually like it on the Ivory Moss. It adds a nice little “pop”.

The Ivory Moss Sitting Young Oriental Dragon shown must be test paint #2, since I own #1 of that. I love seeing more Ivory Moss, they are beautiful — and would make a lovely production color.
