I LOVE the multiple colors of eggs that we’ve been seeing lately!
And congrats Etruscan, I seriously considered going for this one, but decided not to since I’m saving for a Pony.

I love all the new great egg colors that we’ve been seeing!

Boy oh boy do I have a long way to go, LOL.We all started somewhere! 😉
BTW, you can pick up 4 eggs at a time if you want (more when you get your trophies). 🙂
(oops images didn’t work…)
I had never noticed this before, but Amethyst and Violet Flame really complement each other very nicely!
I’ve successfully cleaned many pieces over the years using water, Dawn soap and a soft makeup brush. I would start by soaking the piece and the brush with with water, loading the brush up with soap and generously lathering up the piece all over, making sure to go into all the nooks and crannies, rinsing thoroughly under running water and also thoroughly patting dry with a soft cloth. I would only ever do this once in each piece’s lifetime, but I’ve never damaged a piece that way and it’s the only thing that will get caked on dirt off. I wouldn’t do this with a Ruby or Red Fire pieces however.
So, I’m preparing to grab a piece from my collection to hopefully trade for an Etna dragon. So I’m trying to ID which pieces in my collection are limited and which were regular production. I have records on what I paid for some of these but others I’ve lost the paperwork in the many moves I’ve done around the world.
So far, I have:
-OW prototype Emerald (ltd)

-While Male Dragon (reg)Anyone correct me if I’m wrong, but the rarest pieces in this list are probably the Prototype OW in emerald, and the Albino Male Griffin (Not reg, definitely ltd, and I believe there might have been as few as 2 batches produced, I never see them anywhere).
I’ve chosen my girl on many occasions as well. I don’t look at it as missed opportunities, but as repaying all the good that she’s brought into my life.
This is the hardest time, when they’re starting to fade away, and they do need you more than ever before. When she does pass, you’ll be happy with the choices you made and have no regrets for not having been there for her.
Don’t be discouraged, there will be other occasions I’m sure! 😉
I started a batch of autumn leaf, and silhouette young poads, but was thinking I should’ve asked you guys which piece I should do as a grab bag next. Young poads ok? or are you sick of poads? Here’s the pieces we have enough of to do a grab bag: Pebble wolves, foxes, horses, and cats, young and baby poads, baby pegasus ( but those are too hard to do as grab bags!) and we do have more baby unicorns , but I just did those.
Horses? I’d love to see a batch of regular/limited production horses. In black and/or ivory?
I am eagerly awaiting these and will definitely get one as soon as they hit the store!
Absolutely what the others have said!
And also, please do be patient with yourself. It does take a while for your body to figure out what it should be doing and how the “right way” feels. You can’t rush it and it will take many more hours in the saddle before you feel really comfortable. In the meantime: Hey! You are sitting on top of a horse and learning to be more than just a passenger! Isn’t that awesome? 😀
And there is no embarrassment in changing coaches, especially this early in your training, that relationship is so important and should be a positive one if you don’t want to end up dreading your lessons!
PS: A friend of mine used to fall off her horse at every single one of her 10 (or so) first lessons, but she stuck with it and had a very patient coach and now she is a very respected coach in her own right, and she started riding in her early thirties!
Wow, I usually prefer metallic/jewel colors on the dragons, but that OW is just gorgeous. LOVE the black horns and claws! Great work Laurie!
LOVE that gold egg on the Fire Berry Kinglet! And I’m very taken with several recent color schemes, Fire Berry, Celestial Sunset (I’m a sucker for the warm colors!), Early Autumn, Jungle Flame… Great work Gina!
Congratulations! Age doesn’t count when making a dream come true!
If I may make a suggestions: riding apparel is really expensive so I suggest you look into buying used, except for the helmet though that should definitely be new!
PMing you! 🙂
Very nice work everyone!
It’s actually first come first serve, so it’s your! 😉
Just send me your address and I’ll mail it this week. 🙂
