Just curious—any estimation when these cuties will be back in the store? Want one–I really want one–they’re so cute–gotta have one–will go into fledgie withdrawal if I don’t get one–not a pretty scene.
EDIT: Okay, my question just got answered–they’re back in the store now! I did get one so no ugly fledgie withdrawal for me and that’s a good thing.

This brings back memories–my husband was much older than I as well. Yes, he may think the age difference is an issue as so did my husband–but he really cared for me and it sounds like your male friend might care about you as well. It’s hard because you want to tell him how you feel, but you don’t want to drive me away. You did go out on a date at first–well, that may be a good sign. It will take him time to realize that your feelings are real. My relationship lasted over 25 years and I was taking care of him when he was sick at the end. So really, age doesn’t matter–as long as you care about each other. It is a commitment–if you do get your guy realize that you might end up as a nurse maid–go in with eyes wide open.
I wish you the best–nothing like being in love and the heartache that it may never be.
I did manage to snag a Poad–in celebration of being newly retired! I do want to make a comment about how the store is set up. I like the way that when you order something you have 15 minutes to pay for it. No worries about having the item snatched out of your cart while you’re logging in to Paypal. I also think it is very nice that you consider the people back East and held some Poads for them. I mean what company would do that? You guys are the greatest!

Since I applied for this pension I feel a whole lot better so it must have been the right choice for me. I’m glad to have at least a regular income coming in even though it will be fixed. That’s better than what I was getting before.
I was frustrated at first at the thought of not using what I learned–but you’re right, education is a good thing and I enjoyed my classes and what I was learning. I just won’t be using it in the way that I thought. One of the positions I applied for only needed someone there on Mondays to assist with surgery–if that comes though that will be perfect! If not–whatever. I know something down the line will happen and I’ll be happier for it. People say there is a reason things work or don’t work out–time will tell.
