Sounds like you had a great time. Would love to see pics of the artwork you got, not to mention pics of Nam and Vantid. 😀
I ditto that! If you can, post pics, would love to see what you got as well. Sounds like you have such a great time–ooooooo I’m jealous! 😀
You hit somethere there, purpledragonclaw, as kids we sometimes were never able to get the things we wanted. My family didn’t have much money, they couldn’t afford to bring me to the dentist let alone buy the toys I wanted! Now that we’re older I guess we want to satisfy that child within us, that will always be with us, and get the things we yearned for but could never have. I got to thinking about those stuff animals I posted about earlier and just realized that they may be closer to 60 years old! Man, how the years go by and man, am I getting old! 😆 😮
To this day, if I’m in the toy section and see something I’d like, I buy it for myself heehee! My confession for the day! 😀
A beautiful job on the Kirin! Anxious to see the griffin when you’re finished! 🙂
I agree–talk with that coordinator again. Yeah your ex-employer could be trying to deny your claim–a notice goes to employer notifying them that a former employee is claiming unemployment, disability, family leave etc and then the employer is given a chance to refute the claim and state reasons why. I know a little about this since I do payroll for my company. I don’t know why you fell through the cracks…no it doesn’t make sense because you helped out for 5 days. Get hold of that coordinator and refile…something doesn’t seem right here. 👿
Thanks for sharing! Those are beautiful pictures of your family and congradulations! 🙂
That is so sweet! None of us have really ‘grown’ up, that’s why we collect fantasy figures from Windstones! I still have some stuffed animals I had when I was a kid–an old lion with one eye and a grey cat with green eyes and they blinK. These were at my grandmother’s house and as a kid I would sleep with these things when we visited her. When she passed on they were given to me. I still have them–these items are at least 40 years old! 🙂

Leave it to us to turn a thread on coileds and keepers into food! Was looking at this at work and got pretty hungry. Cheesecake, smores and chocolates oh my! 😈 😆
Yes, Happy Birthday and enjoy those late 20s while you can. Because late 20s turn into late 30s and late 30s turn into late 40s…so on and so forth and before you know it–you’ll just be referred to as the late….. Hope you have a great day! 🙂
I hope you have much better days to come! I hope your cat gets better. I just hope something good comes your way and I’m sad and sorry things aren’t going very well right now. 😉
Feel free to fill my home with Poads! Anytime you want they are the cutest things! I currently have 2 Poads and am working on getting another from someone–the one strange thing that I noticed around these little guys is that pizza seems to disappear rather quickly! Like one moment it’s there and the next–vamooose! Hmmmmmmm, may account for the rounded butts! XD
Da-PMed you. Let me know if you got it–sometimes have trouble with my PMs. Can’t get back to you until tomorrow afternoon. 🙂
That is very cool! Love the way the wings glow! 8) Would love to see this piece in daylight.
What a pretty little kitty? Congradulations on her Ski! 😀
Thanks everyone–this is what I was looking for. Never owned a digital camera so what everyone said is helpful as you point out different features and have recommendations. I’m taking note of all this and am still open to suggestions! Whenever I get it, I’ll certainly start a little thread on pictures I’ve taken of my Windstone pieces! 🙂
