I really don’t see the similarity that others see. The only similarity (to me) is same general direction of color pallet, which I think should be brought back in *something* for those of us who favor that direction of color… Peacock was a mix of purple with some blue and green, as this is straight blue tones… Peacock also displayed its depth with the several colors, not in tones, as Indigo does… (I really hope that makes sense to someone other than myself, haha)
To me this is no different than the similarities of Gold and CP

I agree with you! This is the first Mother dragon I’ve seen that grabs away from my love of Peacock mother! (Peacock is still my fave, but Indigo has quickly snatched 2nd love!) – I also think it’s looked amazing in all sculpts it’s been on, and would look amazing on any sculpt it could go on!

I have a friend who is a big book lover, and our last big local place to buy books is shutting down.. I’ll find out if she’s into sci-fi books, if she is then I’ll point her in the direction of your ebay
Ohh.. won’t match anything? My interest in these is perking up more and more… but I definitely will not buy one if they’re hiked up another $30. .. could understand $10 or $15
I also understand the possible need to limit to 1, even if just for this batch.. then go back to limit of 2, I’d like something of a chance at these so long as the price isn’t too bad and I like enough colors that I’m feeling ok with my odds on emSo a friend pointed this out on the Overo Mother uni you just had in the ebay store (not the current one, the one that just closed) and sparked a nifty idea! On the small image on her phone she thought she saw the markings making other unicorns, the one up the neck (right side) had a bit of the look… it would be kinda cute if you could work in other unicorns into the markings of these (Though, understandable if you wouldn’t be able to fit them on the babys, maybe something to do on Young? or future ebay adult uni’s)
Blue Ice Grand is pretty! I think I’d favor more of the blue tone than the turquoise, but that’s a personal taste.. very unique!

I’ve often found myself needing to show people work in progress images of my dog paintings
The first response tends to be people thinking I just smudged up the original photograph, not that I built it up from scratch, much the same as traditional paint on canvas, so I’ve made it a good habit to save jpgs along the way so people can see the process. I’m just a bit of a perfectionist with my art, I won’t do a piece for someone that isn’t at my full potential.Creator and Understanding are my two main faves… though I think I still consider Creator unfinished, I keep threatening to go in and redo the tail.. Creator also drew a lot of inspiration from Windstone, funny enough… back when it was originally painted I was going through one of my *drool over Windstones* phases, lol (I’ll go through that pretty often, then I’ll walk away to avoid torturing myself over it, haha).. I couldn’t ever really afford one before… hence why I’m this new n00b on the forums, with the gift cert’s my bf got me, I’m trying to pick which is going to be my first Windstone, it’s more difficult than I had originally thought, lol.. and my hopes to get a couple commissions (I only need two detailed commissions) would get me the dragon I’ve always wanted (and a few more)

Eeks, And my hold out for hopeful restock of adult unis isn’t so hopeful for near future? or for that matter, looks like Scratching dragon also has these horns?
