I wish I weren’t so broke! Honestly though, most of the pieces go for way higher than I could afford even if I were working. For those of you who are bidding on pieces that are going for hundreds of dollars, share you secret, what are you doing to have so much expendable income! Please, tell us!

Have a great trip Kyrin!

This was the first time I saw the piggy and I thought it was sooooo cute! As many of you, I want a money tree or I’d settle for one wish from a genie. I think we have lost touch with reality a little. Nah, maybe not!

Those are really nice. It looks like there is a good deal of work in making them. Why aren’t you charging something for them. It doesn’t have to be a lot. You could probably sell this on ebay, craigslist and at fairs and festivals, especially with the holidays coming up.
Beth
Yeah! I got one this time. I am sooo happy!

I think M&M’s ( :yum: ) would be a favorite of theirs!

I’m in, but I don’t know how to actually get in.

All the dogs posted are absolutely precious. I have such a weakness for dogs. My husband has warned me if I bring home any more strays, I might end up divorced. I don’t understand that because I have managed to reunite every dog within the past few years with their owners. He is just a man and being a pain.
Please feel free to post pictures of your dogs whenever your inclined. As I can’t have dragons, I have dogs instead.

What list are you on?

I don’t get it. Most of us here seem to be be struggling to one degree or another. Yes, I manage to put a little money aside to induldge myself. So many of these pieces are going for more than I pay for my monthly mortgage. How are they doing it? I want to know their secret to having so much disposible income.
Yes, I admit it, I am insanely jealous. There have been soooo many pieces on ebay that I wanted, but there was no point in even bidding. All I get to do is drool! Not that I am complaint too much, but I haven’t even been able to spend my piddling amount in the store, as I am not fast enough to get them before they sell out!
I really need to win the lotto!

Speaking to the vet is a good first start. There are organizations that will do annual shots and spaying at a real low cost. I was researching this for a friend with a dog and found a place to neuter for $10. Shots there were, I believe $25. That cost was based on applying and income. All you need to do is search the internet. It is also possible that your local humane society could provide low cost care too.
If you are inclined to keep her, it may take some legwork on your part to find places that will be economically feasible, but they do exist. It also sounds like your vet should be giving you a “bulk” discount. You have nothing to lose by asking.
Good luck and if you need some help researching, let me know and I may be to help you out.

Are the notifications going out to the people who requested to be on the wait list?
Beth
I should have asked this during my last post, but I didn’t think of it. Melody, are the more fledglings planned for the immediate future? It doesn’t matter whether it is an amethyst or not.
My other question is this; those who put their names in for the waiting list, were you notified that the fledgling would be coming available?
Beth
Assuming there isn’t another batch of any fledgling planned for the immediate future, I’d like to be considered for those who are selling.
