It’s entirely possible that, for me, anticipating this batch for so long has ended up leaving me wanting as far as the designs go. Of all of the unis that I have seen so far, a grand total of 1 has made my heart patter at all, and that’s seriously rare for me – I’m always looking forward to the grab bags – but it’s been a bit of a letdown for me so far 🙁
I may still end up getting one because, let’s face it, I’m addicted to Windstones! Chances are pretty darn good though, that I’ll be looking to trade mine for something else (unless I’m just so lucky to get the ONE that I like! XD). No guarantee that I’ll even be able to get one, but just putting out there that if anyone can’t afford one or misses out on them, and I end up getting one – send me a message!Commission spots are currently closed! We are still casting them and Melody is painting them between doing other things as the castings become ready. We will probably “Live Stream” small batches from time to time as they become ready for eyes and jewels. You have time to set up a “Young Unicorn Bank” to save up for one!

Don’t feel bad 🙂 Pretty much anything by Olimpia is going to go for an arm and a leg at this point because there are so few of them left! Also, Old Warriors almost always go for a ton, so that’s 2 strikes against people like you and I! XD I have long since given up on the idea of getting a Sun, Moon, or Old Warrior from ebay XD

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!Finally went out and got some matte finish to complete this guy – As usual for my unis, her coat is matte, but I went back and glossed just her mane, tail, and hooves to give her a bit more depth. It’s quite hard to see in pictures, but quite apparent in person! I left her horn pewter but antiqued it to bring out the stripes. She has metallic teal glass eyes and pewter colored accents in her mane and tail. She has no gems, but I wouldn’t be opposed to putting them in if her buyer wants them 🙂 (she is for sale in the Classifieds!)
For some reason my indoor pics of her make her darker areas seem much darker than they actually are in person! Especially the shading around her eye and her legs – its definitely a darker grey, but my pics almost make it seem black, which it is not! Hopefully this weekend when I take better pictures of her this shows more accurately 🙂

That creamy Poad is stunning, and definitely my favorite of the three 🙂 Surprisingly, although the Poad that your mom got was on my list of favorites (and I’d been hoping someone would post pics of her!! XD), she’s just not doing it for me as much as she was in the class/deviant art photos! So weird. I’ve been seeing that happen for me a lot this batch! I guess it just goes to show just how hard it is to tell anything from the class photos! XD
