I hope everyone got their 2 eggs from the holiday drop. Did anyone win the raffle this year? I actually won a silver Eastern style egg. WOOT! Of course, I don’t actually have the egg, yet, so I’m not going to count my dragons before they hatch. If anyone is interested, I will consider trades with forum member here once I can breed it (I guess I am counting my dragons before they hatch), but I probably won’t entertain requests from people not on this forum.
I hope that you are able to get a treatment that helps slow or stop this. I’ve heard of FOP. It’s a very interesting disease, though I’m sure from your perspective “interesting” isn’t the word you’d use.
Ok…here’s a picture of my swap. It’s not a great picture at all–it’s from my phone. But I’ll see if I can get a better one tomorrow with good lighting and a better camera. I was afraid to handle him because he was so cold from sitting on the step. Gotta love Minnesota winters! It feels like January today.
I just received a gorgeous gold and pewter/silver unicorn from Bodine Too today. Thank you! I particularly love the blaze and how the legs are feathered with the pewter/silver. The red feathers in the mane are a nice touch, too. I’ll work on getting some good pics, but feel free to post any you have.
Our catmonster Gandalf had to have the same surgery. It was awful to have to take him, in pain, to the emergency vet a couple times a week for several weeks. The surgery was a godsend. He’s been great since–only one UTI since, which cleared up right away with antibiotics. But with just one issue in over 2 years, I’ll take it. I hope Casper does as well.
