Amazing! Looks like Photobucket did a major “upgrade” last night. Not only have they found new, creative ways to be annoying, but it opened a tab to a website that my anti-virus said was a known identity theft site.

Someone was sharing pictures of their dragon collection on FB when I spotted a dragon that looked very familiar. Upon closer inspection its some sort of Frankenstein-like Windstone copy with parts lifted directly from the standard male dragon, I asked the lady where she got it and she informed me she lives in Wales and bought it at a gift shop there. I couldn’t find that particular one online anywhere but I did find a direct recast of Melody’s Mother dragon for sale in Wales here: http://spiritofthegreenman.com/product-category/dragons-sculptures/

Playing outside with Windstones on a surprisingly pleasant January day …
I tried taking an indoor picture of my Rubies, Red Fires, and Albinos (plus a few others) with not-very-good results. They live in a dark corner that is good for the dragons but really bad for photos!
On the second shelf from the top, the albino foo dogs and kitsune were painted by purpleturtle, the Oriental is “Albino #1” by Brandi, and the PYO dragon is “Chipbone” by Bodine.
The fourth shelf is Red Fire Spectral, “Cinnamon Pearl #1” Lap by Olimpia and a GB minikeeper, Ruby scratcher, Ruby Lap, Gold baby dragon, Ruby Male and Ruby Young.
Bottom shelf is Ruby fledgling, Red Fire Rising Spectral, Ruby mother and hatching, Ruby Old Warrior, and Ruby Rising Spectral.
So do you like ruby dragons or what?? 😛

They’ll be back. The image server she uses has gone down again. I assume it has the benefit of not being nearly as >bleeping< annoying as Photobucket even though it seems more likely for the server to crash.

This listing is back up and listed for $1200. Was it determined that this was a knock off or infringement?
