September 22, 2011 at 12:10 am in reply to: Dark Shadows movie with Johnny Depp . Coming out in May . Trailer on YOUTUBE. #857362Maybe all that makeup will look better in the movie. :~ But, I agree that’s not what Barnabas looked like.
Should I make P.S. paint a Barn Swallow emp?
YES! Stand over her tapping your whip until she does at least two or three. 🙂
Rolf! 😀
I like Spring Breeze alot! The tree looks great, Bodine. I like the opalescent effect you have going on against the black. I can’t wait to see it finished.
I adore this Griffin. P.S. Awesome job. I’d love to see you paint the November color scheme on other sculpts too.
Awesome jewelry! I will definetly bookmark her site. Thanks for sharing! I think its a wonderful way to keep an old friend close.
Very cool, Bodine! All these pink dragons I’ve been seeing are starting to grow on me I think. 🙂
Wow, so shabby chic! I think she came out great! Wish you lots of luck on your sale! 🙂

I really enjoyed looking at Lurid, just awesome with your green colors! Winter Bramble is great too! I love how the green on the neck scales look like gems, they really pop on him. Beautiful work!:)
Very nice Unicorns everyone! I hope the uni problem gets resolved too. I’ve been anxious at painting one myself.
She’s done some beautiful stuff (Blue Ice makes me want a spectral, and I don’t like spectrals)!
I agree with this! Just the little bit of sculpts P.S. has painted I think they are amazing.
LOL. Being a complete novice, and having only the guidence of this forum, I can relate. I was so excited about my first pyo piece. I had all my paints and tools I was going to use. I even planed out a color scheme on paper scribbled out for myself, before the piece arrived. *Because after all this is a Windstone I’m going to be painting!* The piece came and I kid you not, I sat at my table holding it and turning it around in my hand looking at all the angles and detail. Thinking, where do I start? I eventualy started the piece then I didnt stop! I think my husband had to pull the brush out of my hand and tell me its not a race!
Well after several pieces, I admit I have picked up more knowledge and have a lot more paitence. I’ve been painting two pieces off and on for over a few months now. I think the advice I can offer you is learn to relax, paint is forgiving, and have fun with it. 🙂Here are my dragons Ruby, Gold, Peacock and Black and Gold:

These are my dragons I also have several candle lamps but, no pics yet.I’m normaly not one for pink and I found myself saying ” Wow, that Ticked Pink Old Warrior is great!” Maybe I have room for a pink dragon in my life, lol.
I like the painted versions of the stone gargoyles like the cool colored tri of dragons. This one painted something like that would work for me !
I also like this idea. But if it was to be a pyo, I’d have to try at least one. 🙂
