Haha. They really are like potato chips, you can’t have just one!!
I started in about ’07 with one teeny Baby Ki-Rin. I had seen Windstones before as a kid at gift shops without knowing what they were, just thought they were pretty. Then years later, my roommate in college had a Windstone catalog with the Ki-Rin family in it. From the depths of my childhood memories I remembered those Ki-Rins and swore I’d have a family someday!
So it began with that one little Ki-Rin…and then a Dark Peacock Young Oriental…and a Mama Ki-Rin….and finally a Daddy Ki-Rin….
And now I’m up to 53 pieces…. O_O
Awwww, she is so cute! My cat’s name is Harley too. It’s a good name. 😉

At times I wonder about intelligent life on THIS planet, at least as represented by humans. Self-aware, yes. Intelligent, maybe not!

I was a little concerned about her too. She’s a really nice lady from all of the communication I’ve had so far. Haven’t heard from her in a little bit though. I really hope she’s all right!!
I was waiting to contact her about 2 pieces I bought, since I know she’s been ill. I didn’t want to pester her and cause stress.
Has anyone heard from her in the past few days?

It’s been pretty cold for Southern California too. Lately nights in San Diego it’s gotten into the mid-40s quite often, and high 30s. It’s not nearly as bad as you guys all have it, but pretty nippy for the area…

-A batch of albino mother ki-rins
-A batch of young and adult amethyst orientals
-More GB babies and GB youngs(since its no contest with how successful they sell)
-A batch of a NEW oriental color? Black Gold, Silver or BVP maybe?I second this 100%! Silver orientals *drooooool* Although BG or BVP would be good too!

I might only be a few miles from the mall, but it can take an hour to get there some days. XD
I grew up in LA county then moved to San Diego for college and stayed. Melody is right–LA is huuuuuuuuuge. SD is pretty massive also. There is an incredible appeal in small-town life for me. Living and working in such an urban area has its perks for sure, but wide open spaces have my heart. 😉
