We do a lot of the nerve stimulator trials at my job. The people that they work for love them, and swear by them! But to be fair, they do not work for everyone, and they take a lot of comittment.

I chose the mother dragon for Pink Flamingo as she has that incredibly elegant shape to her, similar to that of a real Flamingo. And iIf I didn’t add the orange, it would not have been Pink Flamingo. No black, no Pink Flamingo. She’d have been Pink Blob. And that wouldn’t have been right, nor an attractive title for an ebay piece. 😉
And I dig the color scheme; despite not being a big fan of pink. But when you add orange, neat things happen.

Kyrin and Dragonfeathers definetly are the best that I’ve had experience with. You really can;t even tell where the pieces they’ve fixed for me are broken. That being said, Hannah’s right. Dragonfeathers is waaay backed up and Kyrin is MIA for a long time now. I think there were a few others who used to do repairs, but haven;t seen them around in a while either. My husband is a member on the forum too (never posts though.) He’s been doing work on repairing a few of mine and my roomate’s broken windstones. He’s getting pretty good, but not as good as the previously named yet. 🙂

Honestly, I agree insurance is hardly worth it. The post office/paypal, etc. make you jump through so many hoops to get your money back that it almost never happens. I offer insurance if the person wants it, but it’s really not worth the paper it’s printed on.

I will probably take a few moments to think about what happen, and maybe a few moments of silence. Yes, our country has a lot or problems, and I don;t agree with a lot of what our leaders do. Yes, 9/11 was a personal day or tragedy/joy/birthday for many people before and after what happened at new york and DC. But it also doesn’t lessen the reality that it was the worst attack that ever occurred on US soil, short of Pearl Harbor (which was a terrorist attack, no matter how you word it). I was born in New York, and my father was a fire fighter in NYC (diasabled and thus out of duty when the attacks occured, but some his friends and coworkers responded that day.) I will NEVER forget how I felt that day, what I was doing, or seeing my father cry. It was a day that all America of our generation will remember, just as in the generation before us, they will remember where they were and what they were doing when Kennedy was killed, and the generation before that will always remember Pearl Harbor…and before that the Titanic. And so on. Major disasters, especially of the manmade variety are always polarizing, and in the country they tend to change many things in our society. 9/11 took a lot away from us that I don;t think should have been taken, especially a lot of personal freedom. But I don;t think it should change the fact that it is an important day in history for as long as we still have it.

🙂 I can’t. Even if he’s my least favorite, the only scuplt I buy in every color is the fledgeling. Can’t break up the set.
I didn’t know there were violet flame fledgies without the blue antiqueing! I would like the color better without it…maybe I can find a trade…

uhh….violet flame..least favorite color so far. When I got my fledge in this color, My roomate, Brighstar called him the “Pimp” dragon, since his colors were so loud, and the blue antiquing was so…clashy?
